Christmas in Paradise

5 of 5
We decided to spend Christmas in Key Largo in 2015, this is the second time we have rented this property and we love it. The house has everything you need and more. The property is amazing from the moment you enter the driveway and realize how beautiful and private this property is. The house sits on the bay the view is amazing especially the sunsets. It is close to activities and resteraunts. We ended up spending most of this vacation at the property and everyone in the family agreed it was the best family trip yet, and we average two or three a year. Serenity by the Sea gets a ten in our book.

Quiet, gorgeous view, relaxing - Great getaway!

5 of 5
We have rented a number of vacation properties over the years and this one is one of the best. The home was very clean and had lots of amenities from the kitchen to the bathroom to the storage sheds. Plenty of towels for cleaning, bathing and enjoying the water. Life jackets for all ages and sizes. Convenience at your finger tips from shampoo and conditioner to enough toilet paper and paper towels and other cleaning supplies including a sponge - trust me, you don't think of these things when you grocery shop and then when you need them, it's another run back out to get them. The view is amazing. Although a public beach area, it was quiet and when a handful of people were out fishing or at the boat launch, it was still very peaceful. We used the grill almost every night - again, not a charcoal or small at home grill but a large grill with gas tanks and a cover. The washer and dryer was a great convenience also. Lolita shared recommendations with us and her communication before arrival, the welcome phone call (and welcome basket of goodies) as well as some standard communications in the home (trash and recycle day, request for check out) were all appreciated. Things were very organized with hanging keys for various family members to brochures and magazines about the area. Very nice personal touches throughout the home that helped to enjoy our stay even more. All of the comforts of home and great location to take day trips to the rest of the Keys or stay in Key Largo to enjoy more local attractions. Thank you for your hospitality!

Magical Ocean Views

5 of 5
We stayed at Juan's place for one week and it was amazing. There were 5 of us, my wife and I, our son and his wife, and our 24 yr old daughter. The location of this house and the ocean views are what make it so special and relaxing. There are views from everywhere. Just wake up, make some coffee, look out at the ocean, and decide if you want to make a few casts! We fished everyday and caught many small baraccuda everyday, a mixed bag of other fish (ladyfish, mangrove snapper, etc), and a 10lb snook. The small pool and lounge chairs are perfectly positioned to enjoy the ocean view, read a book, watch for marine life as the tide runs out. We had several manatee come and go in the canal next to the house too. The interior of the house is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and it is ideal for a family gathering. There is nothing fancy about the interior of the house but everything you need is there. We are definately heading back soon. Our highlights were the Morada Bay Full Moon Party, and fishing in Everglades National Park.
