Perfect!

5 of 5
Me and my wife were happy with every single aspect of our stay here. The pictures do not do it justice. It's clean and bright and the management is friendly. A Five minute walk down the boardwalk brings you to 2 different beachside eateries and a Five minute drive brings you to all things Florida.

Perfect space for a relaxing vacation!

4 of 5
It was very easy to work with Rick and Charlotte in making this reservation and we found the property very clean and well stocked. The new furniture is very nice and my favorite spot was in the recliner just looking out on the beautiful beach. The sunsets were awesome and we enjoyed long walks on the beach every day. We have family in the area and when they came to visit everyone was so impressed with "our" condo. We enjoyed our week and will be back.

Rustic and Quaint Seaside Cottage

4 of 5
My wife and I went here to celebrate our 30th weeding anniversary. We wanted something on the beach and this fit the bill. The "Cottage" looks to have been constructed around 1950. It originally was a house that ended up being divided into separate cottages with their own kitchenette and bathrooms. Everything is very clean, towels were fresh and the bed was comfortable. We really did not cared about the décor as we spent the days out on the beach. The cabin was just a place to sleep. As previous reviewers stated, Publix was just across the street so we didn't have to lug any food with us we just bought everything we needed there. Everything in the kitchen was super clean and we mainly used it to make breakfast. Granted there was construction going on right next door but it was during the day which did not bother us as we were at the beach. At night, even though we were right next to the road, it was quit and peaceful and did not disturbed our sleep.. The only negative aspect would have to be the bathroom door looked liked someone previously had try to kick it in and the coffee pot didn't work right. You had to hold the glass pot up against the filter bowl or you would end up with coffee all over the counter. We like it so much we are planning on making this a yearly event. Everyone needs to understand this is a "rustic" cottage with emphasis on rustic. Plus you are not coming here to spend your days in the cottage but out on the beach. The beach a short walk and we spent our days basking in the sun and enjoyed watching all the dolphins swimming close to land. There are plenty of places to eat and you have a wide variety to chose from. We mainly ate at Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk. We dinned at Bubba Gumps and the Friendly Fisherman. But Like I said, there are plenty of other places to dine if you so choose.
