Absolutely perfect!

5 of 5
We arrived at the home to find everything exactly as described. Community is a gated property, which was nice.... felt very secure and safe. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood, beautiful home....perfect to come home to at the end of our busy days!! My husband and I had the upstairs bedroom with the deck, and watching the sunrise from the deck was beautiful. There were plenty of games and movies in the movie room, but most of our down time was spent in the pool or spa. I would recommend replacing the pool and spa covers...the pool cover in particular is in rough shape. We aren't sure if the owner tried to call, as we were out early every day, and back late. But we did meet the property manager when we first got there, he was very nice and friendly. We also met a couple of the neighbors, who were very pleasant. Quick 20 minutes or so to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, about an hour to Tampa, an hour or so to Daytona (depending on time of day). Grocery store close by, not far from Champions Gate, many places to choose from for eating out or delivery. The only other recommendations I have would be to add some lightweight blankets in the closets (we were only able to find 1 small blanket) for those nights that are chilly, but not cold enough to need heat (being from NH, we very rarely used the heat). Also, better directions on the recycling sorting and another box for glass/plastic, etc. Overall, a wonderful place to stay--I would recommend to everyone! If we go back to Florida again, we would definitely rebook this property!!

A quiet retreat when not at the parks

5 of 5
The listing and photos are very accurate. The property is well maintained and the subdivision is very quiet. Kim was very helpful any time I had a question he was quick to reply. The home is close to grocery stores and theme parks. It has plenty of room for a large family and a pool and game room for the kids.

Time to go back home!

5 of 5
This was our third year staying in this wonderful home and we are returning next year for three months. The home is centrally located with easy access to all the parks and wonderful little towns and restaurants. If you feel like a day at the beach Cocoa is an hour drive and you can rent chairs and umbrellas. We have found museums, galleries and beautiful gardens to wander through. We bring our bikes as there are many places to ride. The house was cleaned and sanitized upon our arrival and we had three bathrooms to choose from all of which were cleaned and in tip top condition. The pool faces the south which gives us full sun and keeps the pool water warm. The house has plenty of room for large families with a great kitchen. Steve and Sharon from the management company are only a phone call away and very quick to respond to our needs. Thank you Stephen and thank you Sharon and Steve for another beautiful year.
