Amazing, Amazing, even more amazing!

5 of 5
Amazing from the beginning to the end. I knew we were in for something special as soon as I saw the pictures. But the house is even more spectacular in person. I guess there are just some things you cannot capture in pictures. Lots of things to do at this house. But best of all, the owners refunded our damage deposit monies within 3 days. I will go back again. And when my daughter gets married, it will be at this house.

A cozy cottage!

5 of 5
My husband and I chose Henry's cottage when I was relocating to Tampa and we were between homes. The cottage was a perfect transition home for us, giving me a comfortable home base to discover the neighborhood and Tampa while allowing my husband a familiar commute to work. I’m only sorry that I did not get to have more conversations with Thomas (the cat)! The cottage is very clean and set up with all of the basics you might need for a temporary stay. The kitchen is conveniently set up with all sorts of basic ingredients, spices, etc. making it very easy to prepare simple meals. Seminole Heights is a great neighborhood base for any type of traveler - it's easy to get around Tampa, but even easier to stay in the neighborhood and try all of the great restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the area. I especially loved walking around the neighborhood and looking at the restored bungalows. I will be sure to direct all of my relatives (who are threatening to visit) to your home!

I think I found my dream home!

5 of 5
What started out as just a quick get away from the snow and 15 degree weather in my home state of Northern New York turned out to be one of the best trips ever. We arrived in Florida around noon, we prearranged via the property owner to have my family and myself picked up from the airport and surprisingly the driver was there waiting for us when we arrived. Once we arrived at the property, we were greeted by the property owner with Lei flowers (cool points)! He welcomed us into his home and began to show my family around the property. I was very impressed, properties we've stayed at in the past never matched the pictures that were presented online, this property offered even more then what I saw online. This place was truly a getaway, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was huge and had all the amenities to include three stoves, I mean come on how much cooking can one do? There was a fire pit and grill on the property and a large lake within walking distance. The Publix grocery store was across the street and the house was close to many familiar stores. I recommend this property to anyone who expects to stay in comfort and luxury.
