Great Location

4 of 5
it’s a wonderful condo. There was plenty of space for our small family (2 adults, 2 small children) with room to spare, and it was in a perfect location for our needs. Some minor updating and addition of a bit more furniture would have made the condo a bit more cozy, but it was in good shape and suited the needs of our family. The pools were also beautiful. The owner was really accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay possible.

Very Nice accomodations in Tampa

4 of 5
Communication with the owner in advance were timely and helpful. The reservation process went smoothly although my original confirmation was cancelled before I had a chance to pay. Luckily I was able to reinstate it. The location and other information after I confirmed was helpful and thorough. I was able to find the VR without trouble and get into the unit because the directions were very straightforward. The unit was older, but well maintained, excellently stocked, immaculate and smell free (I was travelling with my senior citizen mother so she had the bed and I slept on the pull out couch. While the couch took some muscle to open, it was comfortable and more importantly it was fresh smelling. No mustiness, moldiness or any other unmentionables odors. BIG THANKS FOR THAT!) The complex was a nice size and the security was helpful and present. While I was working, my mother enjoyed the exercise facilities and the chance to walk around on the waterfront each day. Perfect! It was all convenient to downtown Tampa and to Clearwater beach, the places we went touring. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I travel for work several times a year and always choose a vacation rental if I will be in the same city for more than 3 days. Based on my experience with vacation rentals and travel accomodations, I recommend this place. It was clean, quiet and nicely laid out. It wasn't luxury accomodations, but it met every need. I would have given 4.5 stars if it was possible; the only real drawback being that it was a bit older and the difficulty with the pull out couch. Thank you.

Thanksgiving vacation

4 of 5
Really nice place on the beach. Clean, everything you could possibly need. I would definitely stay again. Parking is tight but doable. The only downside was that you could not use the pool or hot tub after 9pm. I would have loved to end my day in the hot tub. These are great people to rent from. May plan to go again next winter. Thanks,
