Best vacation and condo ever !

5 of 5
My wife and I were delayed 3 hours ! Warren and Robin were very understanding. They had cookies, milk, and other items at the condo to get us through the night. They met us there and gave us the tour and had all important info that we would need to know, on hand. Warren and Robin are a sweet couple and welcome all calls and questions. The condo is exactly as shown. Super clean, beautiful, fresh, super cozy, has everything you can think of, and feels like you're home. We would definitely stay there again. The beach was wonderful. It was one of the best, most enjoyable, and relaxing vacations we ever had. If we could give it more stars we would.

Excellent accommodations!

5 of 5
I've stayed in this condo three times and have loved it each time. It is well maintained, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. You will probably need to provide your own paper goods (toilet paper, paper towel, tissue) and maybe some hand soap for the bathrooms if the previous guests didn't leave any. Other than that, basically anything you need for a week at the beach is available in the condo. There's a Publix close to the condo so you can pick up groceries. The views from the condo balconies are spectacular! I saw dolphins just off shore nearly every day. The condo building is in a quiet area of the island, no rowdy parties going on, at least not the times that I've been there. The beach is beautiful and not crowded with tons of people. The owner, Dan, was easy to work with and responded promptly to emails. One tip: Once you get all your chairs, umbrellas and other beach gear downstairs (use the elevator!), just put it all in your vehicle overnight rather than hauling it back up to the condo each night, it saves tons of effort. Just be sure to put it all back in the condo before you leave!

Simply gorgeous

4 of 5
The house is one of the larger, more attractive homes on the Sunset Beach portion of Treasure Island. It has two residences, each with its own private garage and elevator -- handy when you first arrive, or after the first load-up trip to the nearby Publix. The pictures on the website are accurate. Everything is as described, and the view from the sitting area outside -- as well as from every west-facing room in the house -- is spectacular. The beach is relatively quiet compared to the more trafficked areas closer to the hotels and high-rises to the north, and to the south in St. Pete Beach. And it's also a very, very short distance from the home; other beachfront places we've stayed involve a longer hike to the sand. Thing we used: the great stereo, with speakers in the ceiling; the beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and a ball or two that were in the garage; the blender, for fruit smoothies; the top-notch kitchen, for preparing various meals; the gas grill, for one meal; the master bedroom shower, with an absurd number of ways to get wet. So why not five stars? Well, there were a few things less than perfect. The in-house computer would not connect to the wireless network, and it took a couple of days for management to fix the problem. (The wireless worked fine for the various devices our family brought with us.) The air blower on the hot tub worked intermittently (basically for five minutes, and then it would not work for several hours). And a more minor issue: one of the three bedrooms is very, very dark. It had one small table lamp; we moved a table lamp from another room. Still dark, but better. Might want to add a more powerful lamp to that room.
