Never stay in a hotel again :)

5 of 5
After trying to contact several people about homes with either no success or being hit with a much larger price than what's listed on the website, I was close to giving up on getting a home. Luckily there are still a few people that are honest and take their business seriously like Chris and Jenny. Chris contacted me quickly and was able to answer my questions, even leaving a pack n play for my four month old to sleep in free of charge. The price listed on homeaway was exactly the same as I paid, and the home was in perfect condition. The home could easily sleep two families, and is in pristine condition (very soft carpet). Average time to the Disney World theme parks was: Animal Kingdom - 8 minutes, Epcot - 13 minutes, Hollywood Studios - 12 minutes, Magic Kingdom - 16 or 17 minutes. Of course I'm sure this may vary depending on your driving and which season you are visiting in. Our damage deposit was refunded quickly and we regretted we had to leave at the end. Anyone visiting Disney World should research renting a home instead of a hotel, it's a world of difference. Thanks.

Incredible, just minutes away from Animal Kingdom

Wonderful, just great. You do not need to take a car if you want to have dinner , a pizza or go to the supermarket. There is a big area near the condo and near the apartment that has all kinds of stores that provide the needs of a family during vacation time. We will be back for certain.

Great Holiday Condo

5 of 5
We have just returned from a two month stay in this condo and can't wait to return for longer next year. The condo was spotless with functional furniture, very comfortable beds and lovely large rooms. Chris, the owner, went out of his way to make our visit perfect even to the point of bringing extra wine glasses when our family arrived. He was always available and obviously cares about his units and guests. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenient grocery store. We made many visits to nearby Celebration where we enjoyed a superb meal at the Colombia restaurant as well as the Christmas decorations and festivities. Both Disney and Universal are about 15 minutes away and the Orlando airport only about 30 min. We enjoyed shopping at Kissimmee's fantastic "Loop" mall and then loved coming back to the condo to relax in the hot tub and pool. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great place to stay and a caring landlord. Thanks Chris
