Pros: The condo that we stayed in was lovely with all the amenities and a great view. The owner responded quickly to all requests and concerns. He was very pleasant to work with.
Cons: Though Wyndham Property Management, who handles this unit for the owner, was extremely polite and professional, they have some shortfalls. They charged us above what the owner advertised and confirmed. Then, they placed us in the wrong condo the first night. Yes, they made contact with us as soon as possible, and we were moved to the correct unit the next morning. We were supposed to be credited for the original overpayment and have charges removed for our first night's stay because of being placed in the wrong location. However, it has been 10 business days, and my husband's account still has not been credited.
Even with the miscommunication, I would still recommend this property and Wyndham to others. We still expect the reimbursement but you have to know that we all make mistakes. It would be different if the representatives had been nasty and negative. They were far from that!
