We had three adults, a four year old and an eleven year old. EVERYTHING we could possibly need for our stay was provided. The ONLY items we had to buy were food. They had everything from a coffee maker to measuring cups, baking dishes to mixing bowls. They even had a mixer. The condo was very nicely decorated and laid out perfectly so that everyone had their own space. The view from the balcony is amazing. We were able to see dolphins a couple of times during our stay. The beach was NOT crowded at all which is great if you have little ones. There are A LOT of souvenir shops within walking distance but not a lot of restaurants but nothing was too far of a drive. Nothing is more than about a 5-10 minute drive away depending on how far you want to go. I will say that you should probably stay off of front beach road as much as you can and go the long way around. It will save you a TON of time. Alf Crawford is the light to the left of the condo. I suggest taking Hutchison Blvd if you need to go East or Panama City Beach Pkwy to head West. So with all that good I have to give you the bad which is pretty minimal. There was no early check-in which was a downer after driving for 14 hours from Texas. We called the owner and he was very nice about the situation but he did tell us that the cleaning crew had not released the room yet and to check back at 3:30. We did get in at 3:45. The room is on a key pad and even though you have an access code, it's not good until 4pm. The other issue we had were the elevators. There are only 2 and apparently everyone has the same check-in time. It took us 20-30 minutes to catch an elevator when we were finally able to get into our room. The rest of the week wasn't much better. We ended up parking on L3 by the stairwell nearest our room and just took the stairs up and down instead of waiting on the elevators. Honestly, those are the only two complaints that I had about this place; other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect!
