Moved to St Pete and had an awesome experience!

5 of 5
I can't say enough good things about Siman (owner), the property and the neighbors! My husband, black lab and I moved to St Pete in early August from Seattle. After 2,500 miles on the road, we were so happy to begin our adventure here while we looked for permanent housing and waited for our furniture to be shipped across the country. The cottage is private, well stocked, modern and has just about everything you could need for a few months. It's located within walking distance of bars, restaurants, museums and downtown. (though it's a hot walk to downtown this time of year :) The technology was great from the cable, to the wifi and even a couple great motion night lights. We love St Pete for it's affordability, walk-ability, art, dog parks, nightlife and easy access to the beautiful beaches. I highly recommend this cottage. Please feel free to email me if you have specific questions:

Stayed for threemonths

I stayed in the cottage for three months. The cottage was clean and in new condition. Helen added a nice cape cod fence in the front so now there is an enclosed yard. The pictures don't show the fence yet. So now there is a fenced-in yard so that children and pets can play safely.

Relaxing Retreat in Great Location

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed here with our daughter to visit friends and explore St. Petersburg. The cottage was such a great spot that we ended up spending much more time there than we planned. It was surprisingly quiet, especially considering you're in the heart of St. Pete. My favorite part was the front porch for a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The whole place is beautifully furnished with a coastal vibe. The bedroom is rather large with a comfortable bed; the living space is inviting with a nice-sized flatscreen; the kitchen is more than enough space to prepare dinner...the place is immaculately clean, even my husband commented. Highly recommended!
