AMAZING VACATION!

5 of 5
What an amazing place we had to spend our vacation! The cottage was everything and MORE than we expected. Kim has done a wonderful job providing a comfortable, amazingly clean, and inviting place to come to. She has thought of everything thing one could possibly need to have a fun time at her cottage. We especially enjoyed visiting Mazzaro's Italian market. We were close to the freeway which made it easy to visit our favorite places in and near St. Pete, like Honeymoon Island (the best place for shelling at low tide) ,Fort De Soto State park ( the best place to swim with clear water and plenty of room on the beach) and Tarpon Springs for a day of shopping and good Greek food. I cannot wait to come back to the cottage. I would definitely recommend ( and have already been doing so) this cottage. Thanks for a great trip, Kim....Brenda and Sarah Greene

EXCELLENT

5 of 5
The place is great, updated features, nice decor and clean. The kitchen has all the necessary tools to cook a great meal. Second floor unit is a bit dark, could use a few extra lights. There is plenty of room for a big family, lots of beds. One evening our two little ones were running around making a lots of noise and the bottom resident came up and politely asked to please keep it down, so we did, the residents are nice. Good communication with the landlord. We had one small issue with the AC and the landlord sent a maintenance person ASAP to fix the problem, no complaints. Overall good experience, will rent again if in the area. thanks.

NICE ART DECO APARTMENT

4 of 5
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment and appreciated the 1920's architecture. It was great having a patio out front to sit outside, and was convenient having access to a laundry room on the premises. The apartment had everything we needed; the only improvement I would add is a sleeper sofa--the couch didn't work well for our teenage son, who is pretty tall. The location is great, in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!
