            Wonderful stay at The Wave

            5 of 5
I stayed in The Wave with my husband and my littler brother for a week and enjoyed it very much. The accessibility to the pool was great for lazy days. The condo was very clean and provided great amenities. The condo was actually a lot bigger than we expected. It is located near the highway and a grocery store for convenience. The only hiccup we encountered was that we didn't realize the chip attached to the key was what you used to enter the building. That information would have been appreciated in the welcoming email. Other than that it was a great place!

Ideal location for exploring St. Pete and Tampa Ba

            4 of 5
This bright, airy condo gets top marks for location--it's right off the highway, yet an easy walk from downtown and everything you need within a five-minute stroll of your door. Max shines as a landlord, responding quickly and courteously to any question or glitch (he lives across the street and is glad to pop in when needed). We also liked the two good-size bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet) and the small but functional work area. Coffee lovers can choose between a traditional drip coffee pot, a Nespresso machine and one of the city's better coffee shops, a few blocks away. We'd give this condo five stars if not for the sparse kitchen equipment (plenty of pots and pans, but light on cutlery and utensils) and seating that's not very kind to aging backs. But Max gives every sign of being a comfort-conscious landlord, and we hope to give this condo five stars on a future visit. If your back is easy to please and you don't plan to do much cooking, it's a five-star place already.

            Excellent!

            5 of 5
We stayed in this condo for our honeymoon, it was much cheaper and more private than staying in a hotel! Everything was great! Having a washer/dryer and a kitchen was very convienient! We look forward to staying in this condo again when we are able to return to FL! It is right on the Intercostal waterway (with a small beach) and a short drive from several gulf beaches! There is a pool on site and plenty to do in the complex itself and a short drive to tons of other activities!
