Laid Back Luxury !!

5 of 5
We were the second tenants to stay in this total remodel. All new carpet, paint, furniture, beds, stainless steel kitchen, and AC. That was just the inside. The grounds has it's own private beach on Boca Ciego with St. Pete Beach in the background. It is a nightly tradition for people to meet at the beach to watch the sunset. Everyone is so friendly. Must sees within 15 minutes are farmers market and food in the town of Gulfport and Johns Pass. If you are a foodie, I suggest Ricky P's, Pia's, Gratzzis, and 1200 Chphouse. See you next year Tom and Andora !!! Mark and Lea

we had a great time!

5 of 5
The cottage was very comfortable, new kitchen, bath, nice furniture, and a great outdoor space free of Mosquitos! Siman was very helpful and pleasant and we had a great stay. 15-20 min walk to downtown was just perfect. We'll be back!

Lovely St. Petersburg Cottage

5 of 5
This adorable cottage was the perfect place for a winter vacation in Florida. We loved everything about it; it's pretty, comfortable and immaculate. Kimberly and Michael thought of everything needed to make our time here feel like "home." We enjoyed the comfortable beds (great linens), yummy towels, the well-stocked kitchen, Netflix + dozens of channels, wi-fi, even a box of DVDs. There are picnic baskets, beach totes (filled w beach towels) and a shed filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. AND a brand-new Weber outdoor grill, which my husband loved! Kim was so attentive to our needs and did whatever was necessary to make our stay perfect.....a great host, who felt like a friend. We were greeted with a welcome basket filled with goodies (teas, popcorn, chocolates, etc.) and found staples already there: coffee, sugar, flour, spices and the bathroom stocked w essentials. St. Petersburg is a wonderful vacation spot. We visited the museums (several times), the art galleries, antique shops, craft stores, markets (including the famous Saturday Farmers' Market for a terrific outdoor lunch), restaurants, strolled the waterfront and took in the Boyd Hill Preserve. We also attended two shows at the Palladium theater - both excellent. We took day trips to De Soto Park, Safety Harbor, Sarasota and Punta Gorda, too. But I think my favorite activity was lying on the daybed in our pretty sunroom in the afternoons, reading or listening to music -- heaven!
