Wonderdul memories

5 of 5
My family has vacationed in this home two years in a row now. My children refer to it as "our beach house". We love the very short walk to the beach, clean house and beautiful pool. The view from the porch has made many memories of building legos, eating breakfast and reading. Lynne is always very informative and helpful! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Fabulous Beachfront Home!

5 of 5
I recently stayed at Boardwalk on St. George Island with my husband, daughter, sister-in-law and brother-in-law. The accommodations were perfect for us. Two master suites and a loft for my daughter. The beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach is much shorter than it looks in the photos. The home was clean with everything you need. A few more dish towels and dish rags would be nice. There was only one of each. There are a lot of stairs, which didn't bother us at all, but something to consider if stairs are an issue for you. The island is great for a relaxing vacation. The beaches are not crowded at all. The Blue Parrot is a great restaurant right on the beach. Apalachicola is nice for shopping and not a far drive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Boardwalk and will definitely return in the future.

Great bay front home!

5 of 5
We had a wonderful time staying at this home for the week! The week we stayed it rained practically everyday. (5 out of 7 days!) We had a large party of 10 adults/teens (and 1 2 yr old)and we were able to stay out of each others way, and still enjoy our time! The house is surprisingly MUCH larger than what the pictures depict! Most of the time houses look big in pictures and turn out small but this wasn't the case here! You would actually lose people sometimes if you were going up different sets of steps. The house is laid out nicely and was clean. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed (would be nice to have a few basic spices, and some casserole pans and larger mixing bowls for those that cook their own meals). The master bedroom is big and the bathrooms are big enough. My only complaint with the master bedroom is if you aren't used to a firm bed then the king size bed may not feel so great. It would be awesome to get a softer mattress pad on it, but we slept fine without it. Outside space is amazing! There is lots of deck space and tons of parking. The dock that goes out on the bay is a lot of fun to spend the evenings (or mornings...or all day) fishing. We caught several fish right out from the house. Our two year old also loved the play house outside. It could use a little work but kids don't mind. We loved our stay and definitely will be back again! If you are looking for a house with a ton of space for your party then this is it! Keep in mind that if you are looking to go to the gulf side a lot, then it would be a good idea to rent a golf cart because it is a pretty good walk. It is definitely easy to walk to but with a bunch of beach stuff it can seem forever to get there. Loved this house and thanks again!
