We rented this house for our Disney vacation for two couples and our small children. The house was very comfortable and clean, the decoration was beautiful, with a nice open kitchen, dining an living area. It was quite convenient to the parks and had tons of dining options nearby. You do need a car, but restaurants and parks are no more than 15 minutes away.
The description is not clear, but the place has four bedrooms (one king, one queen, one with two twin beds and one with a twin trundle bed). The master bedroom has a large bath with tub (that you cannot fill) and shower, and there are two more bathrooms.
The kitchen had lots of space and beautiful countertops. Unlike other vacation rentals where I've stayed (elsewhere in the country), there was nothing in the kitchen, no salt, pepper, sugar, etc. There was some dishwashing soap, but we couldn't even find a sponge. As I mentioned, the place was exceedingly clean, it looked like it had never been occupied. Perhaps they clean it so that there is no sign that someone had stayed in it before.
It wasn't clear from the description, but we found a small pool table, an air hockey table and a grill in the usual Orlando rental repurposed garage. We didn't use any of them. Parks are exhausting. There was a swimming pool but no hot tub.
The instructions that we received after booking were complete and useful, but the WiFi information was incorrect, or the router was off and nowhere to be found (there was a locked closet in the house). I ended up using my phone data for the little internet access that I needed, but had I been traveling from abroad that would have been quite bothersome. However, I did not complain so I don't know whether it would have been resolved.
Overall, we were very happy with the experience. The price was reasonable, the place was very comfortable for our group, and I would definitely repeat the rental experience.
