Fantastic views, eclectic furnishings, quiet

5 of 5
This area is wonderful-my granddaughter loves the huge pool a half block away, great access to restaurants, shopping. A 2 day craft fair 2 blocks away was an added bonus as was the boat parade. Sitting by the firepit in the evening was very relaxing. We had the balcony apt. Which was very light and airy and provided a more panoramic view. There are front and back decks providing full sun all day for us northerners who try to soak up the sun like a battery being charged! Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We cooked at home a lot and I found Cheap Seafood store-don't let the name fool you-to carry the best swordfish and sea scallops. The store is in Gulfport about 15 min by car. A trip over to Gulfport is also worthwhile on Wednesday or Friday when they have their street fair. It was great sitting on the large balcony watching the big yachts go by and the Pelicans feed- there really is one who fishes off the dock each evening-along with all the other birds we saw. The hot tub was great; all shopping is very close; the neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around. The balcony apt. Has fenced areas so our dog loved being able to go in/out whenever he wanted. A truly pleasant place to spend a week or more. Barbara L. From Connecticut
