A lovely, welcoming home at a long journey. Listing description was accurate. Property was clean and well maintained. Owner provided excellent customer service-THANK YOU! Yes, I would recommend this property to friends and relatives. The Pool and Spa were a delightful treat after a long day in the Disney Parks. The Clubhouse was fabulous. We dined at various places, with excellent service and good food. Our whole family visited all parks of the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Sea World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center. Did lots of shopping. Dannie's was our favorite breakfast restaurant. We dined at the Olive Garden-Lovely! and inside the Parks. Overall it was lovely family experience! Thank you kindly. Some constructive feedback: On our first evening in the home, we noted that a number of the smoke detectors were beeping. (Hard to sleep). The ones we could reach, we changed the batteries and were ok. We called the house manager and someone came and replacement the rest that were beeping. (rather unfriendly chap). The explanation he gave us however was a little unusual. He told us that the batteries were all ok, but due to us being there, we were creating a lot of dust and the detectors were going off because of dust particles in the air. We accepted this without problem. However, I took it upon myself to check the dust screen to the furnace. Surprise! It appeared that the screen was so heavy laden with dust that it barely allowed for any air flow. Since new screens were present in the garage, I simply changed the screen. After this change, some of the detectors were still going off. We simply accepted them as they were. We simply removed the battery from one of them to stop beeping. On another day, we got home from one of the parks and we were looking forward to a nice spa. It was a Friday. We noted however, that the water was cold, and while the humming of the pool pump seemed to be working, there was no water circulation. We called for the house manager, but were advised that since it was Friday, likely no one could come out till Monday. However, on Saturday morning, someone did come to check it out . Most unfortunate for him as he placed his bare hand on the pump motor and it was so hot that he burned his hand! I felt very sorry for him! Offered to get ice pack to help with the burn, but he left cursing and swearing about his hand! Anyway, a new pump repair team came on Monday to replace the pump. Pool/Spa now ok.
