Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location and very nicely appointed. The combination of location, great home furnishings and amenities made this a great vacation spot for us. We have stayed in many places on SK over the years and this one we will for sure come back to. Great management company, always keeping us informed. Can't wait for next year!

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our time here was awesome. I would say that the pool was quite dirty and there was alot of trash left over from the previous renters. The showers water pressure was pretty low as well. You might want to know there are no measuring spoons or cups. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay here and would totally recommend it to our friends. Thanks Manager responded on 4/21/2015: Thank you for staying. The pool gets a couple leaves hear and there if its a windy day, a skimmer net is provided, but pool services is done once a week every week. Water pressure is very good unless you are using all 4 showers, doing laundry, and washing dishes at the same time which I could assume happened with 10 people.

Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was nice- 1 block from village for restarurants, beach directly across street. Unit had lots of space, nice pool which was not used by others often. However, for the price, unit should be better equipped. Master bedroom only has a double/queen bed- should have king size bed. Furniture quality was basic and linens, sheets were very poor quality. Mattresses very sofy and uncomfortable. Cheap plumbing fixtures, towel racks and toilet paper holders cheap and falling off the walls. Many of the sinks were quite plugged/slow to drain, even after repairman came to fix. Given walk to beach, would be nice to have better beach chairs and a beach wagon to carry chairs, drinks, snacks, umbrellas, etc for the day at the beach. We bought umbrellas that we left there for others to use. Could also use more lounge chairs by the pool. Renters beware- lots of steps! Unit occupies 3rd &4th floor of building. Have to walk up one flight of steps from ground to 2nd floor to unlock door and enter unit, then walk up another flight to get to 3rd floor living area (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrroms and an open great room with partial kitchen), then walk up another flight of steps to get to 4th floor living area (master bedroom/bath, main living room and kitchen. Lots of keys to fumble with to get in- key for main front door, key to get in to attached garage from front lobby, key to get in to unit, key for elevator (which is very slow and requested not to be used routinely other than for luggage, groceries, etc). Consider numeric lock boxes with single access code. Rental agency/property management staff was wonderful to work with and very responsive. This could be a really nice place with a little more attention to detail and little more upgrade/money spent by owner.
