Very nice for four couples.

5 of 5
Our group of four couples stayed Jan. 17 to 31 2015. The house was very nice and accommodated us nicely. All bedrooms had their own bathroom which was nice along with a half bath in the main living area. The kitchen was nice but could use a few more cooking utensils and better pans. The barbeque was rusted out when we got there but Mindy replaced it promptly. (We love to barbeque!) Also one of the beds was not good and again Mindy had it replaced the next day. If you need a vacation home that accommodates a large group this is great. Also walking distance to Siesta Key village. Great location. Thanks for the wonderful time. We would recommend the home to all.

Beautiful House--4 and 1/2 stars

4 of 5
This house had lots of room with ample gathering space. It was a short walk to the village. The elevator was a lifesaver as I am in a motorized scooter. Fernando built a ramp so I could go out on the balcony, which was so kind of him. The Good: Lots of room and the bedrooms were well laid out. We had 3 different families and each had their own space. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The pool with spa was nice. The grandkids loved it. Overall, the house had a great floor plan and good amenities. There were lots of toys and coolers and chairs to take to the beach. We didn't need to bring anything down with us. The Bad: It was a pretty long walk to the beach. Driving to the main beach only took 5 minutes so it wasn't that bad. We did find a little beach right near the center of the village that we enjoyed--was about a 10-15 minute walk. The house is near the main road (backs up to it) and that was sometimes noisy. At night, most of the traffic was gone, but there were still the idiots who blared their stereos and we could hear it. We also had to pay to heat the pool, but Mindy did tell us that beforehand so we knew going in. There is a house that overlooked the pool. It is very close and made for a lack of privacy. Luckily, we had nice neighbors who had kids of their own. The only real negative was that we had to buy propane for the gas grill. The neighbor also had no propane in his grill either. So make sure you check the grill ahead of time to see if it needs propane. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation home and we would definitely come back!

Perfect, absolutley perfect!!

5 of 5
This place was fantastic. The house was beautiful, spacious, immaculate and the location was perfect. I just love the way the living room and master bedroom seemed to magically open up into the pool area. Having the bathroom easily accessible right off the pool are was also very handy for our kids as they pretty much spent every waking moment splashing around in the pool, while we sunned ourselves with a good book and watched them have fun. When they weren't in the pool we were tossing a football in the backyard which was ample and private. This house in in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac and with a grocery store just a stones throw away and the beach just minutes down the road we found the location perfect for us. Michel was great to work with, our questions and concerns were dealt with promptly and very much to our satisfaction. Possibly the best thing I could say would be that we have been coming to Sarasota for ten years and we've never stayed at the same place twice BUT we are planning on staying here again for our annual trip to Florida next year.
