Great family vacation home

5 of 5
We stayed here with extended family and also had local family over for a meal. The property/house was clean and well furnished in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is a close, pleasant drive to Magic Kingdom. It is also close to grocery store and restaurants. The pool and hot tub area were also nice. There are pool alarms on all the sliding glass doors. The hot tub is on a timer to empty at night and refill in the morning. There are timers for the heat and jets on the wall near a screen door. There is a gas grill on the lanai, but we had to buy gas. (The next several renters get gas on us, unless neighbor/owner exchanges it). The house had no issues. The furnishings were in reasonably good condition. The master is ENORMOUS. The 2nd twin is a re-purposed den at the front of the house. It was fine, but it is very bright as soon as there's daylight. The photos provided are accurate. We made one call about the garbage disposal but someone came and fixed it promptly. We did not use any but one tv and the remotes must have needed new batteries. But, I think that is typical of rentals. The washer and dryer worked well. There are several strollers in the garage and I also saw a Christmas tree in there. The owner contact was friendly and helpful, so I think if you happen to have any issues, they would be resolved quickly. It was a painless drive to/from Disney and Universal was about 20 minutes away. We would definitely consider staying here again. The wifi signal was a bit weak in some areas, but it did work. I had hoped to hook up a roku or laptop to the Living Room TV, but it had no hdmi connection. It wasn't a big deal though; we had plenty of other things to do and didn't miss it.

Fabulous Vacation Spot

5 of 5
If you're looking for a house that provides EVERYTHING you might need, this spot is for you. The pictures tell it all. Beautifully presented, this home is just that....your home away from home. It was clean, well maintained; just what we wanted. The pool and pool area was beautiful with lovely patio furniture and comfy lounges for sunning. Oh so close to the Disney Parks as well as any and all restaurants you could imagine. We enjoyed dinners at such places as Carraba's, Macaroni Grille, Houlihans, Red Lobster and Bahama Breezes. Grocery stores are all close by too. The property managers Melv and his wife Debi were wonderful to deal with. They have a very personable way about them that makes you feel like you've known them for years. Nothing you ask for is ignored. On the contrary. We needed a pack n play as well as a high chair delivered by a certain date and it was already there when we arrived. This was our first month long vacation in Florida and we will be returning to this same house next year. We would recommend this house to our friends and relatives.
