Perfect house for family reunions!

5 of 5
We rented John and Jeans house in Kissimmee and had a wonderful time. The house was better than the pictures and was very clean and had plenty of room to spread out. Our family had a mini family reunion, coming from Wisconsin, New York, and Georgia, and most of us are seniors, so we especially loved the fact that each bedroom, (which had very confortable beds,) had its own bathroom. The pool was huge and the game room was very nice. John and the management company responded promptly about any of our questions or concerns. We went to see Cirque du Soleil at Downtown Disney,( only 8 miles away), went to Boogy Creek (16 miles away) to ride on an airboat to see alligators, went to the Sunday Gospel breakfast buffet at the Houses of Blues at Downtown Disney and we had dinner one night at the Black Angus on Hwy 192 only about 2-3 miles down the road. Then just down highway 192, about 5-6 miles , was Old Towne where we had fun walking around the old fashion town and that night there was an antique car show. Had a yummy ice cream cone at Sweet Treats Cafe. All of there places were excellent and not a lot of driving to get to them, and enjoyed by all. We would highly recommend all of them. The location of the house is centerally located close to the parks, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Loved everything about it. Thanks John for renting your house to us. You made the process very easy and we will all have wonderful memories of our time in your lovely home. We would highly recommend it to anyone and would return next time we have a family reunion in Florida. It was our "Home away from Home."

just the most relaxing vacation that we wanted!!

5 of 5
We are a family of 4 adults + a 1 year old recently stayed here for 9 nights. This is by all means one of the best vacation rental we've had. The house is just very well done and maintained. The kitchen is bigger than what's shown on the photo in my opinion. and the pool! We all enjoyed it so much and it even came with a baby float that my 1 year old can use. We never get to use the kayak and bikes so that'll be for next time! The crib is for bigger babies/kids, but my 1 year old was totally find with the pack n play. Thanks John and Arlene to let us stay and their existence next door felt very reassuring although we really didn't need anything else as the house is all set up for us! The neighborhood is nice and quiet.. we love it!!

Our stay at Heron's Roost is what the Keys is all about. You really don't need to leave the beautiful house. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The pool, the view, the patio area under the house, the dock, everything was wonderful. We went boating, lobstering, fishing, and eating at the yummy restaurants within 5 miles. Key West was close enough to take an afternoon trip to without it being a big ordeal. Can't wait to go back.
