A Delightful Cozy Refurbished Stocked Bungalow

5 of 5
We found the historic bungalow to be as described within walking distance to much of St. Augustine attractions. It was clean, well maintained and comfortable. It was at an unusually cold spell the first couple days and the heat pump struggled but we had good blankets and the cozy kitchen provided a fun gathering place until the weather eased. The refrigerator is really cool! Rob was very attentive and kept in touch with suggestions and offers of help if needed. It is one of the few places we would return to for vacation. We toured the Flagler College, the Lightner Museum, Zorayda House and walked around town and the beach quite a bit and more. Barnacle Bill's is close by, Cafe Alcazar, Old City Restaurant, Georgie's Diner, Athena restaurant, Barley Republic and Le Petit Pleasures were all surprisingly good. A fun visit.

Lovely St. Petersburg Cottage

5 of 5
This adorable cottage was the perfect place for a winter vacation in Florida. We loved everything about it; it's pretty, comfortable and immaculate. Kimberly and Michael thought of everything needed to make our time here feel like "home." We enjoyed the comfortable beds (great linens), yummy towels, the well-stocked kitchen, Netflix + dozens of channels, wi-fi, even a box of DVDs. There are picnic baskets, beach totes (filled w beach towels) and a shed filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. AND a brand-new Weber outdoor grill, which my husband loved! Kim was so attentive to our needs and did whatever was necessary to make our stay perfect.....a great host, who felt like a friend. We were greeted with a welcome basket filled with goodies (teas, popcorn, chocolates, etc.) and found staples already there: coffee, sugar, flour, spices and the bathroom stocked w essentials. St. Petersburg is a wonderful vacation spot. We visited the museums (several times), the art galleries, antique shops, craft stores, markets (including the famous Saturday Farmers' Market for a terrific outdoor lunch), restaurants, strolled the waterfront and took in the Boyd Hill Preserve. We also attended two shows at the Palladium theater - both excellent. We took day trips to De Soto Park, Safety Harbor, Sarasota and Punta Gorda, too. But I think my favorite activity was lying on the daybed in our pretty sunroom in the afternoons, reading or listening to music -- heaven!

Perfect Vacation Place!

4 of 5
Our stay here was very pleasant. The description of this home was accurate. Disney may have been a 12 minute drive if we could have figured out the written directions provided. I guess we have depended on our GPS for far too long now. So we just took the main roads and it was about a 25 minute drive. No worries there. It gave us a chance to check out many shops and restaurants. The property looked clean. They provide extra sheets in the closets for the beds. And the sheets on the bed looked clean. The comforts while they looked clean did have a funny smell to them so I did have them laundered. The communication with the owner as well as the management company was great. There is a Hulligans Bar and Grill that sells wings right around the corner. We ate there one night (I think that's what it was called...) and while the atmosphere was great and the live music was nice we didn't care much for the food at all. Walmart is just a very short drive up the street. The neighborhood was quite. I wish I could comment on the pool but we didn't get to use it due to the weather. Of course the week we decide to go to florida they have freezing temps! We would definitely stay again and hope to plan another trip soon. I have already recommended this place to others and will continue to do so.
