Charm and Comfort!

5 of 5
We are 4 weeks into our 6 week rental of Atlantic Star and loving this house! It is spacious and comfortable, the beach access is superb, and everyone who has visited has agreed.....we scored big with Atlantic Star. We love that because it's an older house we don't feel like we can destroy anything, but the old time charm abounds. I keep expecting Katharine Hepburn or Cary Grant to walk out of the bar and serve me a martini! We love it so much that our six week rental this year has become an eight week one for 2016!

Wonderful Ocean Front Property

5 of 5
Sea Dream is not just another condo, it is a spacious, clean and a welcoming home. Everything is just as advertised. Wonderful ocean front location surrounded by many upscale properties. Close to shopping, great restaurants, St Augustine and Jacksonville. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished offering a great relaxing atmosphere. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms a significant plus. All necessary amenities are included. In house washer and dryer a big plus. Fast high speed internet. Spectacular sun rise viewes from deck. This was our first trip to Ponte Vedra Beach but it will not be our last. Rick and Jenny were outstanding to work with answering all questions rapidly. They treated us like friends not just clients. We have rented using Home Away several times. Rick and Jenny are at the top of our list when it comes to customer service. All in all a wonderful experience and a great "memory maker". We would not hesitate recommending this property to others.

CAN I LIVE THERE PERMANENTLY????

5 of 5
My husband spent HOURS looking for the right place for our family reunion. This property really stood out and absolutely was the best choice! I was afraid that joining 3 families together would mean we would be tripping all over each other. NOT THE CASE! This property is perfect because the introverts have plenty of place to escape to and the extroverts have lots of gathering spaces. The three floors have sleeping areas on each and bathrooms on each. Actually, there are 5 bathrooms in this place...that was super nice with our group of 14. There is a kitchen/dining/sitting area on the 2nd (Main Floor). We spent most of our time here. The deck area is fantastic and the combination of both rocking chairs and lounge chairs was great. You can't find a better place for the sunrise. The beach is super clean. There is no seaweed junk (at least when we were there in February). I went on several hour long walks and some of our group went for runs on the beach. It's perfect for that. It's also an extremely private beach. I was surprised at how few people there were given that it's a row of houses. There were plenty of really nice shells for shelling. The kitchen is well stocked. There are two full sized refrigerators---one on the main floor and one on the third floor. THIS IS PERFECT for a big group! I was so psyched to see that. There is room for 8 people to sit at the kitchen table. There is a supermarket about 8 minutes south. There is a nice sized walk in pantry to throw all the non-perishables. Again, this was awesome, as it kept the counters clean and the chaos of 14 people under control. Another nice random thing about this house was it's ability to close doors and shut off areas of the house. There is a door at the top of the stairs of the third floor, so if the kids were up playing fooseball, the door could be shut so the noise didn't travel down into the main floor. There was also another door shutting the queen suite off. The property is fenced off, so you don't need to worry about toddlers wandering into the street. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Sincerely, The Carpenters from New Hampshire
