Paradise

My family stayed here for a week in August. The house was exactly as described. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home. We spend the majority of the time in the pool and fishing off the dock while watching the boats go by. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and everything we needed for a relaxing week. 3 minute drive to the private beach was also a plus. Curtis was very friendly and helpful. I will be contacting him again for our next vacation.

Great home-base for a family trip

5 of 5
We have enjoyed HomeAway properties around the country. This is one of our favorites for a family vacation. The beach, restaurants and groceries are a short walk or drive. We had easy drives south to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. We had easy drives north for spring training baseball. We spent several days just enjoying the pool. This is a good choice for a family vacation.

Best Florida Vacation House Ever!

5 of 5
In March our family spent a month at this lovely villa – and we loved everything about it. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house is beautiful and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners and property manager are great communicators and quickly respond to any question. The beds are so comfortable you don’t want to get up, and there are tons of linens and towels and pool towels. There’s lots of room for grandchildren to play inside and outside – and a great supply of children’s gear and toys. We all spent many hours swimming and splashing in the solar heated pool and loved all the floats and pool toys. We did a lot of cooking and the beautiful kitchen is well equipped with everything you would ever need. With a houseful of adults and kids, we also really appreciated the big brand new washer and dryer. The Internet connection is fast. Villa Pompano is very well located to get everywhere and anywhere quickly – it’s only a few blocks from the Publix grocery store, a gas station, some good restaurants like Calypso, and I-95. We visited the Fern Forest nature reserve, Butterfly World, Bonnet House, Morikami gardens, and Green Cay nature center – and highly recommend all of them. The Saturday morning Green Market is a wonderful farmer’s market where you can get organic produce, local crafts, flowers, eat interesting food, listen to good local music, and meet a lot of nice people. We hope to come back next year for another family vacation!
