Beyond Exceptional Condo & Very Personable Owner!!

5 of 5
This condo is an amazing vacation home with so many bonuses, exactly as listed: Gulf’s picturesque views from the patio (includes a grill with furniture) relaxing & listening to the water, & taking in beautiful sunrises & sunsets! The condo is clean & spacious including the Master bedroom’s patio walkout. This is a great place to entertain family & friends (“mini bar” setup plus a commercial icemaker). The Kitchen is immaculate with top end appliances & so many amenities, where I could cook a holiday feast & bake anything (with a tabletop mixer, too); everything was thought of in detail. Even if one does not like to cook, there are places to eat within walking distance. Shane, the Owner, was so professional & personable from answering questions very promptly via phone & following up on items. He goes above & beyond; I’m very appreciative for everything he did to make my stay on Pensacola beach very welcoming! Perfect all around: cozy condo interior to beach time (chairs included), along with Beach Club additions including security into the complex, walking proximity to places, & the condo owner’s extraordinary service to making sure you enjoy your time in the stunning Penthouse condo. I have stayed in other places along the Gulf; going forward, I will be coming back here to vacation at this condo & recommend to everyone!! Thank You so much to Shane & the impeccable 20th floor beach condo, for making my trip a memorable-top rated one :)

Nirvana on the Gulf

5 of 5
I needed somewhere to get away and finish some work, so I Googled some vacations spots and came upon this place. I contacted the owner, and within a few minutes had myself a quick getaway to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf. The condo was clean, well equipped kitchen with all the modern fixin's- I picked up some groceries on the mainland because I didn't plan on getting out much. The bed(s) were clean, and SO comfortable, with satellite TV at my feet. They also have a great standup shower and a separate bathtub. There is also a washer and dryer, which really helped me because I flew back home and had to go right to work. The view was spectacular- the Gulf on one side and the Bay on the other, certainly one of the best settings I have ever been. I felt like I was getting the view only reserved for pelicans! I needed to get a copy finished, so I needed some peace, quiet and inspiration, and this was certainly facilitated by my 20th floor retreat. I had a dependable wireless internet connection which came in handy often as it was necessary for me to access information I had stored on my network back in the city. I allowed myself some relaxation time also, grabbing a GREAT meal right on the Portofino property, and booked myself a reinvigorating spa session, which is easily accessible on the Portofino property. They have a Starbucks in the main building, so my morning wake-up Americano was always at hand. My final day was spent at the beach, and what a beach it was, with powder-white sand and turquoise water. I booked an extra package with the owner ( she was SO helpful and informative, yet always kept in mind that I was there to finish up some writing that needed completed for my publisher) that allowed me a beach umbrella and chair. Reclining and watching the waves roll in in out was almost a spiritual experience, letting the stresses of work and day-to-day living in 'Zoo York' slowly erode like a sandcastle at high tide. I ordered myself some fortified beverages from the waiters who attend to each and every patron on the Portofino property, and they brought them right to my chair, the only interruptions being that I needed to sign the tab and lift my head to sip the frothy brew. I even decided to rent a motor scooter, which I took for a fun ride to Narvarro beach and back. All in all, a ' best seller' property in my book ( pardon the pun!), and plan to incorporate this place for future getaways from the cold confines of the Northeast.

Living Like I Had Won The Masters!

5 of 5
Me and a few of my buddies from work had just completed a long-term deal with a particularly lucrative company out of Asia, and we decided we needed to get the wives and take a trip down to somewhere we could have: great weather, a beautiful beach, seclusion when desired, shopping for the girls, great dinners, and that four letter word: GOLF! We were referred to this property by some colleagues, and made the call, sealing the deal for our stay with the owner, who by the way was a pleasure to work with. That's important; all of us who commence business here in the US and afar, know just how important the one-on-one factor is when it comes to logistics and planning. The owner gave us nothing but clear, concise information regarding the property, amenities, etc... payment methods. Easy-done in 10 minutes. (I love this country!) We arrived and were blown away by the view. One side of the balcony looking at the Gulf if Mexico streching far into the horizon to continents beyond and on the other side, a beautiful view of the bay, Pensacola beach, and the mainland. Amazing sunrises, sunsets-i felt as if I could reach up and touch the stars during the evenings. We left the balcony doors slightly open during some evenings to allow the fresh sea air and the continuous lapping of the waves on the Gulf. Really spectacular! The condo was clean and well equipped with modern, pragmatic appliances. The days were great-the girls shopped till they dropped along the Boardwalk (4.5 miles up the beach by car, bike or even watercraft (option provided in package we purchased)-I'm glad we sealed the deal-they spent all the money ;-). Us guys golfed, a short ride to the mainland, arranged by the hotel (package). It was AWESOME! There is plenty of great place to wine and dine. We spent one night at a great seafood restaurant in downtown Pensacola, which is becoming quite charming with a combination of Spanish/Victorian 1920s architecture and youthful, dynamic entrepreneurial spirit. Lots of shops, galleries, brew pubs, great coffee, all draped in the southern coastal traditions. The next night, through a recommendation from our owner, we got some fish steaks, shrimp and oysters from Joe Patti's (right off the boat-FRESH as can be), and grilled them on out condo's balcony. Added a few baguettes, great beer/wine/scotch, some butter and lemon-wow, "Boo-Yah baby!" It's not only nice, its VERY nice, and we're coming back Mea!!!! Thanks so much! Excellent.
