Very comfortable, very NICE, in short, a wonderful

5 of 5
From the initial process, ie, the lease agreement, was very well attended by Lilly employee. A very caring person and always feel worried about shows that we are satisfied. When we got home, we spent wonderful, pleasant days. In short, this was the third time I rented the same house and I was very happy and pleased by location.

A steal of a vacation!

4 of 5
We booked our ten day stay only 3 days prior and with no previous experience staying in a rental house for vacation. Ou checkin process was very quick and the property management office was very close to Paradise Palms. Upon arrival, I had a minor inconvenience that the thermostat was left at 81 degrees so bringing in luggage and wrangling my children was a hot process. I also discovered that nearly all the vents in the house were closed, preventing the cooling process from being effective. All that aside, we did have a few hiccups, but upon calling the management company, they were handled quite expediently. The upstairs tvs did not work, we had incomplete linens, and the garbage disposal broke. Did these things ruin our vacation? No. But these were irritations to deal with ON vacation. We greatly enjoyed the location with many dining options available, grocery stores, and a super Target. Proximity to Disney was very good. We greatly enjoyed to the resort pool and the accommodations there. Though I would not count on eating at the pool bar with the limited menu. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and had all the provisions we needed for our stay.

AMAZING PLACE!! SECOND TIME STAYING!!

5 of 5
We have stayed in the Windsor Palms community for the past two summer vacations and loved it. We first stayed because of its close location to all the theme parks, but we always end up spending more time at the house we rent, because we cant get to kids out. They love staying together as a family for a whole week because my husband and I work so much its just wonderful spending time by the pool and relaxing and having family meals together. Which throughout the year we don't always get enough quality time its just nice to go and just be together and not have to rush to be anywhere. We would never book another hotel again it is so much more economical. For our large family it just makes sense and saves us money. We will definitely be Staying here every summer!
