Mr. S. Bujnowski

My wife and I needed a place to stay for two months while we waited for our new home to be completed. We were completely happy with the rental and condition of the property. It was a pleasure to stay there and we are very happy we found it.

I'd buy it if we had to live there

5 of 5
Our first time to FL ever. When our trip to Orlando left us too exhausted to make the long drive back home we decided to look for a place near the oldest city in America, St. Augustine, and impulsively extended our trip by a few more days. Had we planned our entire trip at this house, our hurried vacation would have been much more relaxing! The décor and privacy landscape makes this house feel like a 5 star resrt packaged into a family home. In comparison to the other VRBO we'd rented in Orlando, I kind of felt like we were invading into someone else private residence (mostly because of all the personal family pictures and all the stuff folks have left in the fridge and pantry). You might find all the spices, sugar, and condiments you'll need already in the fridge. Our recovery stay in this home made our vacation time in Orlando feel like a cheap trip to the Vegas strip. If the drive weren't so long we might return...if we're ever assigned closer to FL...or in FL we would definitely go back to the Palm Coast house. The one negative side effect of having stayed there is now I find my own house so much less satisfying. Most of the property seems to be in good order, but hot showers were tricky as the trick button in the master bath seem to take a long time, and since we don't like to waste water the shower was only warm enough when we were nearly finished. If you have little ones with you, the family room/pool door alarm wasn't working (didn't seem to be connected to anything) during our stay. Still, we all wish we could have stayed longer.

Returning guests

This is our second year renting this property. It exceeded all expectations. We used the club for swimming, dining and exercise. The staff at the resort are very courteous and always willing to help. There is easy access to the beach and all the amenities, and then you're able to return to your own home. We went biking, fishing, swimming and the restaurant 386 is phenomenal. We took a trip to Jacksonville for shopping, and did a haunted tour of St. Augustine. Centrally located, truly a home away from home. We'll planning on a return trip next year.
