After some intense searching for a 5-bedroom vacation home near the beach on the Gulf Coast for our parent's 50th Anniversary, we finally narrowed our search down to Misia's lovely home. The house was all that we expected and much more. Vacation Home: With the diverse group that we had, 2 seniors, 6 adults, 2 kids and a newborn this home was the perfect getaway for our ten day stay in Naples, Florida. The home itself was tastefully decorated, with beautiful art and décor, clean, and extremely spacious for all of us with plenty of natural light. As in most of the other reviews the large kitchen was one of the main attractions, and we used it daily. We've been to many vacation rentals and Misia's kitchen by far was the most convenient with a variety of kitchen appliances, spices, cutlery, dishes and patio wear. Pool & Patio: Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the adults enjoyed the Jacuzzi and especially afternoon naps or evening nightcaps on the comfortable patio. Beach: We were about a 7-10 minute walk to the Lowdermilk Park Pavillion and beach where we were able to secure a straw hut (first come first serve basis) everyday to keep us from the intense sun. The ocean itself was very warm and calm for our kids to feel comfortable swimming in. When we were up early enough (7/8 am) to take walks on the beach we would encounter Dolphins some days! There were public washrooms available, a snack bar for a quick bite, a shaded area if you wanted a break from the sun and showers to rinse off after a day at the beach. For those who prefer driving there is public paid parking by the beach. Miscellaneous: Misia provided beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, coolers and a stroller to hold everything in to make it convenient to walk to the beach. There were plenty of large towels provided both for in the house and at the beach – also very convenient. The home is also very close drive to a number of grocery stores, pharmacy's, restaurants, 5th Avenue and Naples Pier. Thank you Misia for a most memorable stay in your home – we will treasure the memories we have from our trip. Best Wishes, Magdalene on behalf of our family of 10!

Although you are undoubtably impressed with the photos of this stunning estate... be prepared to be wowed when you walk through the gorgeous and grand front door! The soaring ceilings of the great room will take your breath away as you look through to the gourmet kitchen. To the left of the entryway is the beautiful outdoor space equipped with pool/hot tub, waterfall, outdoor kitchen, and a flat screen TV to enjoy whatever sporting event you'd like! The bedrooms are all spacious and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom has french doors to the upper balcony that will give you the peaceful serene view overlooking the pool onto the lush landscape that surrounds the pool area. Each bathroom will give you the relaxed feeling of a spa and are all equipped with a shower so no worries when it comes time for everyone to get ready all at once which seems to be the case with our family/group. I can't say enough about it! We stayed here for Spring Break this year (2014). We have two kids ages 16 &18 and we allowed each of them to bring friends. We had a total of 7 kids with us for the week and it was the best vacation for our kids and us as well. There were enough bikes for all the kids (along with one we brought over from my dad's house in Naples)...they would ride to the beach everyday and all around downtown... to all the shops & restaurants on 5th Ave. to the cafes and Tommy Bahamas on 3rd St. South. My husband and I enjoyed the bikes as much as the kids riding down to 5th Ave. for coffee in the mornings and riding around the neighborhood looking at all the beautiful homes in the evening. Barb is such a warm and welcoming person and has a lot of good information on the area! Make sure to go to Winn's Market for their absolutely delicious chicken salad ~ you'll be happy you did! :)
