Terrific!

5 of 5
Our party of 6 - 4 adults and 2 children rented this condo the week before Thanksgiving. This trip was planned and researched very carefully to maximize our bang for the buck. First priority was airfare but then it came down to lodging. It's mind blowing how much time one can spend finding the right place to stay especially if you plan on different daily activities. After a lot of comparison shopping, I contacted Lynn about this place. Communication with her was always professional, prompt, and courteous. She was able to answer any and all questions I had. Arrival was smooth in this gated community with electronic codes for the front gate and the door to the condo. First thing I noticed was the area is pretty quiet, perhaps not the most crowded time of the year but great for us. Stepping in, the condo was familiar because of the great pictures from the listing - exactly the same. The place was super clean, beds were ready so all that was needed were groceries. Just to explain many of the pictures you see - The 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and washer/dryer are located on the second floor. The rest of interior was the first floor. The kitchen had everything we needed except for a couple of recommended things - plastic cups for children (the entire first floor is ceramic tile) and we didn't find a cutting board. The back porch was the greatest place to get up and have an early morning cup of coffee. Also, going out the back porch the extremely short walk to the clubhouse/pool area was great. The pool/spa area was fantastic. Water for the pool and the splash playground is heated to 85 degrees and the hot tub well, is a hot tub! Our 2 granddaughters (age 6 & 3) had a blast here. The pool is very big and has zero entry at one end - no steps - just walk right in. Splash playground runs on a timer you turn on and is very entertaining. Clubhouse, jungle gym area, tennis courts, etc are all plus activities. We spent a week here planning on visiting Magic Kingdom just one day. We also planned on visiting both east and west coasts. As others have said, this place couldn't be any closer to the Disney Parks. It's also very close to I-4 which got us to each coast in a little over an hour. There are plenty of stores close by. Super Target along with Publix grocery stores are 5 minutes away by car. We actually bought a full Thanksgiving dinner from Publix for $45! Thanks Lynn - I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. What a bargain and gem!

Family Vacation to Disney

5 of 5
The owners were very accommodating for our last minute request ~ we wanted to stay another 5 days near Disney. They came through for us. Great location. Clean townhouse. The kitchen was better stocked than our previous townhouse. There is a garage, which was a nice place to store the boogie board and cooler. We felt like we were kings and queens here. Girls all had their own rooms! Their only complaint was that the twin beds were really hard. They slept on top of some blankets and pillows, but honestly, after a day at Disney, they were asleep instantly. We tried to use the pool once, but then it stormed. The clubhouse offered a lot, but again, we didn't have time. Lots of restaurants and gift shops galore on the 192. The temperature in this townhouse kept nice and even too. Only down fall was that they were having issues with the 2 large elements on the stove. We managed though. One bonus would have been if they subscribed to the Disney movie channel on TV. With going to Disney we realized we hadn't watched many of the movies and thought it would have been fun to catch up :) Oh, did I say the master bedroom had a walk in closet and a large bathroom?! A baby could easily sleep in the closet area. It was also more quiet, we didn't hear any highway traffic. Wonderful property, we are keeping their contact info!
