CAN I LIVE THERE PERMANENTLY????

5 of 5
My husband spent HOURS looking for the right place for our family reunion. This property really stood out and absolutely was the best choice! I was afraid that joining 3 families together would mean we would be tripping all over each other. NOT THE CASE! This property is perfect because the introverts have plenty of place to escape to and the extroverts have lots of gathering spaces. The three floors have sleeping areas on each and bathrooms on each. Actually, there are 5 bathrooms in this place...that was super nice with our group of 14. There is a kitchen/dining/sitting area on the 2nd (Main Floor). We spent most of our time here. The deck area is fantastic and the combination of both rocking chairs and lounge chairs was great. You can't find a better place for the sunrise. The beach is super clean. There is no seaweed junk (at least when we were there in February). I went on several hour long walks and some of our group went for runs on the beach. It's perfect for that. It's also an extremely private beach. I was surprised at how few people there were given that it's a row of houses. There were plenty of really nice shells for shelling. The kitchen is well stocked. There are two full sized refrigerators---one on the main floor and one on the third floor. THIS IS PERFECT for a big group! I was so psyched to see that. There is room for 8 people to sit at the kitchen table. There is a supermarket about 8 minutes south. There is a nice sized walk in pantry to throw all the non-perishables. Again, this was awesome, as it kept the counters clean and the chaos of 14 people under control. Another nice random thing about this house was it's ability to close doors and shut off areas of the house. There is a door at the top of the stairs of the third floor, so if the kids were up playing fooseball, the door could be shut so the noise didn't travel down into the main floor. There was also another door shutting the queen suite off. The property is fenced off, so you don't need to worry about toddlers wandering into the street. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Sincerely, The Carpenters from New Hampshire

Ocean All Day, Dream All Night

5 of 5
Every year, I look for a place to bring together my family for good conversation, good food, and good fun. 'Ocean Dream', with its ample space and perfect beach location, was the ideal house for us. From first finding this great house to reluctantly checking out, it was a pleasure working with Rick and Jenny, too. Mornings were spent gathered around the big table in the dining room either chatting with the cooks in the kitchen or gazing out at the sunrise over the ocean. Antsy kids spent their time in the play area nearby until breakfast was served. Daytime was enjoyed exploring the area (shopping!), watching tv or taking just a few steps to the beach. The house had all the beach necessities: chairs, umbrellas, boards, buckets and more. There was a grill, too, for a nice cookout. In the evening after a nice meal, everyone was in the comfortable living room around the large coffee table playing a nice selection of games, talking, watching tv, etc. When it was time to retire for the night, we all retreated to comfortable beds in our cozy bedrooms. The kids especially enjoyed their bunk beds to spend all night to catching up with their cousins!
