Wonderful

5 of 5
I have visited St. Augustine many times as my son attended Flager College. I thought this cottage would be the perfect getaway weekend me and 6 of my favorite gal pals, I was right. The location was perfect. You can literally walk to everything. Put your car keys away because you won't need them. The house is not only convenient but charming. Nice decor, comfy beds, with all of the conveniences of home. The screened front porch was perfect for sipping wine and chit chatting. The street is quiet even though it is so close to all the action and we enjoyed watching the horse and carriages pass by the house. I can't say enough good things about this house. I wish I knew about it years ago, no doubt I will return to this rental on my next visit. A big thank you to the owners for their kindness and attention to detail.

Fabulous Family Gathering

5 of 5
Our family stayed in this fabulous apartment over New Years and you really have to see the unit to fully appreciate it. We slept 9 comfortably and it was so much nicer than the three families getting separate motel rooms. Rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. Having three bathrooms is a very nice feature. Kitchen and dining area equipped to easily handle meals for a large group. Great location and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were very impressed and pleased with the accommodation. The location is close to my sister-in-laws house so we definitely will use again when we next gather.

Location,location,location!

The beach is awesome and very secluded. Having access to the intercoastal was great for using our inflatable dinghy and kayaks, but we were disappointed that we were unable to use the rented pontoon, due to a broken railing. The solar heater was also broken, and had been for sometime, so the pool was not clean and was too cold to use. The outside of the home is a but shabby, but the inside is very nice and was very clean. The kitchen is well-appointed and very large. Our only other problem was that the controller for the main living room TV was missing,so we had to manually use it. This home served 2 families with children, and 2 sets of grandparents well, and despite the problems, we all said we would rent the house again, we had such a great vacation.
