Great Stay in Jax

5 of 5
The apartment is spacious, clean, and exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The apartment truly is luxury and even the appliances are high end! The owners are extremely organized and provide all information (access codes/wifi passwords/hints/etc...) prior to arrival. We wanted somewhere all of us could stay together as opposed to getting multiple hotel rooms. Our group of 8 throughly enjoyed this rental. It definitely met and exceeded our expectations! The area is safe and trendy with lots of restaurant options nearby. I have nothing negative to say and would definitely recommend staying here.

Location,location,location!

The beach is awesome and very secluded. Having access to the intercoastal was great for using our inflatable dinghy and kayaks, but we were disappointed that we were unable to use the rented pontoon, due to a broken railing. The solar heater was also broken, and had been for sometime, so the pool was not clean and was too cold to use. The outside of the home is a but shabby, but the inside is very nice and was very clean. The kitchen is well-appointed and very large. Our only other problem was that the controller for the main living room TV was missing,so we had to manually use it. This home served 2 families with children, and 2 sets of grandparents well, and despite the problems, we all said we would rent the house again, we had such a great vacation.
