The unit was well maintained and located in a very nice gated community, Carlton Lakes. We had a good rapport with the owners before, during and after our stay.
The unit was spacious, bright, and had the needed amendities to enjoy our stay. The lanai was pleasant and overlooked the lake with the fountain. We spent a lot of our early morning and sometimes late afternoon time having coffee, reading, and cocktails. We enjoyed being able to walk each morning throughout Carlton Lakes. We used both the community heated pool and the neighborhood heated pool. Just to add, the grounds and the facilities of Carlton Lakes are very well maintained.
The location of this condo made it easy to drive into various sections of Naples, such as Venetion Bay, 5th Avenue South, 3rd Street South, Fishing Pier, Crayton Cove, the Design District, Tin City, Mercado, the Zoo,and the beaches. The condo is also near Rt 75, which can take you to Sanibel island or Marco Island.
Some restaurants we tried and enjoyed were, the Boathouse near the Naples Dock, the Naples Pub off 3rd Street South, the Stage Deli at Mercado, and the Bayfront at the Venetian Village.
We are looking forward to returning to this unit in the future.
