Stayed 7days and 6 nights during Miami Beach 100th birthday. The owner was extremely easy to work with and accommodating. The unit is beautifully decorated and is as pictured.
When we arrived on the 23rd at 2:50pm we went into the unit to find it hadn't been cleaned yet. We placed our luggage in the closet and walked to get some lunch. When we returned the unit had been serviced; however the shower was not cleaned so prior to using the facilities I had to clean the shower. We were provided one bath towel, one hand towel and no wash cloths and two beach towels. When we asked for a additional towel and wash cloth we were told by the housekeepers that we were not part of the hotel, and we were an owner unit so we couldn't have any more towels. We ended up purchasing washcloths, toilet paper as this was not provided to us.
Renters beware the beach rentals are super expensive 19.00/day for a single chair and 19.00 a day/ for umbrellas. We walked to Wings and purchased a beach umbrella which we left in the unit. We were fortunate to find two beach chairs in the closets.
If you asked me if I would stay in this unit again the answer is absolutely yes! It was quite, comfortable and ocean front! Once we took care of some basic necessities the rest of the week was absolutely amazing as was the weather!
Two restaurants that are a must do is Lola's on 55th street and El Rancheo on 72nd. Was not impressed with Normans.
Leo arranged for a 3:30am taxi for us to head to the airport. He was very nice.
Hoping to come back to this property again in the near future.
