Wish it were for sale!

5 of 5
This is just about the PERFECT place to stay while in the Tampa/Bradenton/Venice area. My wife and I stayed earlier this year and loved it. This home is in a great location; convenient to highways, and yet rural enough for a friend and I (who recently moved to Bradenton) to go on long bicycle rides of 40+ miles in the early morning-it's that bike-friendly. There are lots of things to do and see for the energetic, and many good restaurants are within a short drive. The beach is only a 2-3 minute drive away. Even the grocery store is less than a mile away. Though it was just my wife and I in the house, it could easily accommodate a large family and have enough room for all to have their personal space. The salt water pool pool affords a privacy nearly unmatched allowing swimming and sunbathing without the worry of being self-conscious. It's easy to spend the day lounging in the back yard: coffee and pastries in the morning while catching up on the news using the WIFI, lunch in the sunshine, cooking steaks or whatever on the gas grill with a glass (or two) of wine. This is 'what it is all about', right? Anyway, don't ask me how I know that... My wife and I have stayed in villas and houses, and it is always a big plus to have a well stocked kitchen to prepare meals for those times when you just want to eat in. Skip and Kelly have the place in great order with just about anything you could want, and this is easily has the best kitchen of any place we have been. I really can't think of a better recommendation to give than to say that we wish it were for sale. We would buy it. No, I'm not kidding. It's that nice. What's not to like?
