Beautiful condo - excellent location!

5 of 5
This condo is absolutely beautiful! Amazing open floor plan, super comfortable beds, quality furniture and patio furniture, etc. The stairs didn't even creak! Not only did we have a wonderful experience inside, but outside as well! It is located on the Gulf side, walking right out to the beach. I chose this location specifically to be further down the island....away from the high-rises that we have stayed near in the past, and we had the beach all to ourselves every day! We were surprised to see that the garage easily held 2 cars and was equipped with all kinds of balls, boogie boards, chairs, rafts, etc. We even broke the grill out a couple of nights! The outside shower was perfect to rinse the kids off and they loved staying in the bunk room. High end appliances - quietest dishwasher I've ever heard! We'd watch the dolphins and manta rays from the porch while drinking our coffee....truly an amazing vacation. I'd highly recommend this condo. My only con would be that the kitchen is not equipped with anything additional like salt/pepper, trash bags, etc. but we left several things for the next occupants. Kathy was great to work with and kept me very well informed!

Perfect Getaway!

4 of 5
My husband and I stayed here last year and have already booked again for this year! Small, but well laid out villa was perfect for the two of us. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Loved being right on the quiet beach. Couch could use some updating as the fabric is threadbare. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent Accomodations

5 of 5
We just stayed in this beach house villa June 23-30, 2012. We had 7 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was awesome....in fact the entire place was awesome. There are several steps so if you have issues with steps this might make it a bit difficult. Otherwise it is perfect. The master bed is phenomenal....very comfortable! The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The beach is a 1 minute walk from the steps off the balcony. We easily fit 3 cars in the garage. The owners have supplied everything you need and extras you wouldn't think of until you need them. For example, there is an air compressor for the beach floats and a shop vac to pick up the sand out of your car!! There is a very nice grill, boogie boards, and ALOT of floats. The home was CLEAN and very well supplied with towels. I just can't say enough about this condo. On Tue and Wed you can watch the Blue Angels practice in Pensacola and it is worth the 30 minute trip. The naval aviation museum is great and FREE! Pensacola beach has alot of restaurants and is about 20 minutes from Navarre. There is also a great place there on the boardwalk for the small children to swim in the sound. It is very calm and fairly shallow with a nice beach. It is also FREE! There is not alot to do in Navarre itself but you don't have to go far to find shopping, etc. You have to go to Stinky's to eat seafood. Don't let the name deter you....It was fabulous. It's near the bridge crossing over to Navarre. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. We had a great time and the home was the icing on the cake. We would absolutely rent this home again.
