We found the townhouse to be quite clean, bright and spacious. We were looking for a relaxing week and came to the right place. The kitchen is large and open and well equipped, Diana even bought a new skillet and brought it over after we discovered the skillet that was there was no longer "non-stick".
Short walk to the beach and loved to view! There has been quite a bit of updating on the lower level, granite counters, new tile, etc. , the bedrooms were fine, there is only one master with bath, but it wasn't a problem for us to go down the hall, we had a beach view from the bedroom and that was worth it. I would be remiss in not mentioning the terrible leak over the sliding door when we were having a torrential rain. I am so glad we were there when it happened. Diana is aware of it and said all the units had the problem, I gather it is being addressed. It was Concerning because of the proximity to the wiring for the TV. We enjoyed the table and chairs on the deck for an evening glass of wine, used one of the bar stools from inside until the last night, due to one chair being repaired, Diana brought it over the last night. They need cushions, not as comfortable without them. It is on the market due to health reasons of the owner, so I am sure they haven't been able to give it the TLC that they normally would do, but overall I will still rate it excellent. There are quite a few stairs going up the front, which in the rain was a bit dicey, but you can take the back ones which have a landing. It could use a couple of new decks of cards, if you want games, bring them. We have always liked Navarre for the quiet and peacefulness. We had the relaxing week we had hoped for in-spite of the rain and unseasonably cooler weather.
