wonderful stay

Amazing stay! Condo is so close to everything you need. Couldnt ask for a better stay. In the future it would be nice if there was an iron and ironing board, also maybe some hangers to put clothes up. Overall everything was nice and clean!

Awesome Place

5 of 5
I am a retired man and stayed in this unit for the month of January on my own. The unit, building, halls, lobby, elevators, and 2 acre pool deck are spotlessly clean and very secure. Staff and residents were very friendly. Jennifer is helpful and available by phone and email. Jennifer's housekeeper will meet you in the lobby to let you in. Although the unit is a studio, it is very large and feels like a 1-bedroom. It is decorated in a tasteful, modern, sleek style. The bathroom is large. The balcony is also large and offered times of shade and sun. I often ate meals on the balcony. The view of the city and bay are spectacular. Miami is famous for unique archetecture and lighting on buildings. Unit temperature are efficiently controlled by you. Internet strength is excellent. I was able to use the gym, pool, ATM, and business office as needed. Thw elevators are very available. The pools are never crowded, I often had a whole pool to myself. I am not a flower person, but I was very impressed with the exotic and fresh flower arrangements on display in the lobby. The best thing about the area is the Metro Mover system. It is easy to learn and takes you through the downtown for free...even to a Publix Grocery. Within walking are a CVS (same block), Walgreens, American Airlines Arena, Bayfront Park (music and shops), Macy's, Riverwalk, and numerous casual restaurants. You don't need a car, but there is a secure garage space and downtown traffic volume is surprisingly moderate. You can take the Metro Rail ($2.25) right from the airport and connect to the Metro Mover (free) at Government Center Station... then ride to College Bayside Station, which is less than 1 block from the building. This trip takes less than 30 minutes. All cities have noise and there is often music from Bayside Park. The huge sliding glass doors ave very well insulated for noise. January temps around 70 were moderately cool, but when the temps hit 76+, it was toastie warm. The pool deck closes at dusk, which is 6pm in January. The heater on the lap pool was broke, but the other 3 pools and spa pool were always warm. (Explore behind South Tower to find the 4th pool.) Be sure to complete the required building application and double check on being approved. You will deffinitely want to be on the the approved list in case of locking yourself out of the unit. I have already booked my next visit.
