We greatly enjoyed our stay during the first week of June. We took three adult children with us and had more than enough room. My son and I took advantage of the small, yet functional, workout room and the billiards table in the commons area. The swimming pools are within easy walking distance. For those wanting to go to the beach, I would suggest that you drive to the opposite end of the condos and park there or utilize the paid parking across the street from it. We would highly recommend the Brown Boxer bar/restaurant to any family that likes sports and/or music. They have $12 rum buckets and musicians on the back patio area with TV's set on a variety of sporting events. I think we went there three times during our visit. If you want to have one too many drinks, it is within reasonable walking distance. We like to avoid the hassle and expense of going out to eat all the time. Therefore, we found their kitchen supplies, grill and dishwasher to be very helpful. They had good quality kitchen equipment and you also have a nice supply of beach chairs, umbrella and coolers awaiting you. Just remember to bring your own beach towels. Even if you forget, you are within a few blocks of a grocery store(Winn Dixie) and other stores, The owners were wonderful people to work with. I highly recommend them and their unit to anyone. We found it interesting that it was as "quiet' as it was while we were there. We were told that many of the unit owners are from Canada and don't utilize their units until closer to the winter time. So, it was nice to have most anything you wanted while in a relatively peaceful environment.
