Great beach-front house for a large group

5 of 5
This is our third year staying at the Yoda Beach House for our annual friends holiday gathering. This year we had four couples - each got their own private bedroom, and only the two downstairs couples had to share a bath. We love the remodel on the master bathroom upstairs. We love both beach-front porches, upstairs and down. We love the new, huge, dining room table downstairs that can seat everyone at once. Because we cook a big holiday meal, we love the multiple kitchens. The new patio furniture is a nice addition. Because we visit in December, we also love the outdoor fire pit. I rent a lot of "by owner" vacation homes, and this one is by far my favorite. We only had 8 adults this year. 10 adults could easily have private accommodations, 14 if you have kids and such who don't mind sharing beds in a communal sleeping area. We love that the house is on a quiet part of the beach, yet you can walk to bars and restaurants (and the Hess across the street is perfect for the late-night beer or snack run). Oh, we also love the new Mad Beach Pub in John's Pass - check it out! (Waltz Fish Shak, Screwy Louie's, and Lisa's Cafe are also favorites). Also love the professionalism of the company. You get a contract. You can pay by credit card. They are easy to reach and check in on you. We'll be booking our 2015 stay soon. Thank you.

Waterfront Majesty!

5 of 5
Me and my dog Bo loved our home away from home. Spacious and in a quiet/friendly neighborhood. Super comfy bed, large flat screen tv's if you ever need to turn them on, full kitchen, great AC unit, nice pool, great view, superb landscaping, awesome fishing dock/water access, clean and the list goes on and on. Very short walk to beach and many great resturants and short drive to many other great places. Extremely friendly owner that helped in many ways. Came here for a job but would very seriously consider coming back and wouldn't hesitate staying here again. I looked at pet friendly places for over a week and this one was my favorite and glad I spent the extra money on this one because you definitly get what you pay for.

Dream vacation

5 of 5
The pictures and advertising for this property or spot on. It is exactly as pictured with the feel of luxurious comfort. We stayed from Sunday to Sunday and everything was absolutely PERFECT. The private dock (2 of them) the pool and spa were wonderful! The waterfall was most enjoyable having our morning coffee looking out over the pool and bay from the breakfast table. The owner was very nice and made us feel quite at home encouraging us to enjoy everything the property offered providing instructions for the spa and pool. She really made our stay most comfortable and welcoming. Everything about the property is excellent, above and beyond our expectations. The beach is a short walk with a few shops to browse through on the way. The local grocery store has a wonderful selection, way more variety than we have at home. We went to John's Pass a couple miles away and shelling on the beaches up and down Gulf Blvd. We particularly enjoyed Screwie Louie's relaxed friendly atmosphere and the shrimp is too die for! Dockside Dave's fish tacos and crab cakes were none too shabby either. This vacation was intended for rest and relaxation and this was the perfect place for it, exactly what the doctor ordered! We will be back most definitely! We are already planning our next visit, it is now our 'go to' place for a girls getaway. Thank you so much! Kindest regards, Vicki and Jo Ann and Sue
