Great Stay

5 of 5
The Beach House was perfect for us. The house was very comfortable, very clean and had many amenities. My husband and I had our grandchildren with us for a week and they loved the beach buggy, surf boards and beach toys. The beach itself was 5 minutes away and is a beautiful beach to walk-not too crowded and nice and flat. The 3 bedrooms were a good size and the 3 bathrooms came in handy. The backyard patio was very enjoyable -quiet, with comfortable patio furniture and a great grill. On a sunny day it was a great place to enjoy the sun in privacy. Even on a cool day the sun was very warm on the patio. The area was very quiet and seemed very safe. There are many great restaurants in the area. The Conch is close by as well as Sweet Sage. We loved to walk on the beach to the Doubletree Hotel. They have an outside deck on the beach and is a great place to stop for a drink ,snacks or whatever. The Conch is very close by. PJ's, The Pub and DJ's are all very good. John's Pass isn't far away and also has many waterfront restaurants and shops. Miniature golf was a favorite of the grandkids and there was also The Wagon Wheel Flea Market where you could spend a day if you were so inclined. We've been coming to this area for many years and were very happy at the Beach House. We're heading back next year we liked it so much!

Our stay at Boca Ciega Cottage

5 of 5
We recently stayed 2 weeks at this lovely place, the landscaping surrounding the cottage is wonderful, giving much privacy and is well cared for. The 2 decks extending out into the bay are a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the birds, and even saw some dolphins. It is a short walk to the beach, and restaurants and shops. We loved the quiet private cottage and hope to return someday.

Fantastic

5 of 5
Enjoyed our stay immensely, all the amenities of home. Spent alot of time on the screened Florida Room overlooking the pool and chanel. Although we didn't get to see any manatees, we did see many different fish swimming near the sea wall. This home is close to many shops, stores, restaurants. The pool is the perfect size to relax and enjoy the sun and warm temps. All the neighbors were wonderful and easy to talk to, even those across the chanel. I hope to return again next year for a longer stay! Thanks Perry, you are wonderful to work with and quick to answer any questions we had, even prior to our arrival. PS, our dog, Dakota loved your place also.
