Peaceful and quiet

5 of 5
This is actually our third time in Florida and my second time in one of Clement’s homes. Last time we had stayed in one of his units in Paradise Palms. We loved that stay and this time around we wanted to book the same unit again, however it was already booked for the dates I wanted. So he recommended me the Lake Berkley unit, which we took a look over on his website and proceeded to book with him. This unit has one more bedroom (7) than the paradise palm’s unit (6), with the extra room it actually worked out better for our group, as one of the kids did not want to sleep in the same room as his sister, with the extra room, he got what we wanted. Apart from the extra room, the unit was easy to find and extremely clean upon arrival. There was a walmart very nearby, so we could pick up a few supplies for our stay. We’ll definitely use your services again in the future should we come to the area again. Thanks again!

House and Complex Was Amazing

5 of 5
We were really impressed with the house and the location. It was convenient for getting into Disney World and Walmart and other shops were about 5 min away by car. The furniture is all of great quality and it looks as nice (or nicer) then the pictures. The views from the pool area were amazing, especially at night as you saw the birds turn in for the night. I was pleased to find plastic children's plates/bows/cups/utensils. Not a ton of them, but enough if you only have a couple kids. There was also a couple high chairs, 3 strollers, a baby gate and other things to make traveling with young kids much easier. There was also about 40-50 towels, more then we could ever use so there was never a shortage. My kids loved feeding the ducks. We bought some clearance bread at walmart for less then a $1 a loaf and the kids had a fantastic time feeding the fish and turtles off the fishing dock. The complex is well cared for, and in a gated and secured community. We liked the look of the community pool but never did get around to going there. The pool at the house is lovely and the fence around it made it so I could be confident that my 1yo wouldn't accidentally fall in when we were eating outside. Overall, I would highly recommend this house. We had a fantastic time and were very pleased we stayed there.

Very relaxing stay - definitely recommended!

5 of 5
We have typically stayed in a pool home but as there were less of us and this was a last minute trip we decided to try a townhome and chose Lake Berkley on the referral of a friend. Its really a beautiful community that is hidden at the end of a road - you wouldn't imagine this peaceful place is just around the corner from a Walmart - so you can imagine how close it is to all the shops and restaurants! We did visit the lake a few times and its very peaceful. No swimming (I expect because of potential Alligators, but we didn't see any small fish from the short). There is a beach to hang out in the sand which is raised up before it gets to the water. So its a place for children to play or anyone to lay in the sun. The villa is located just across the yard from the clubhouse and pool. So we could easily walk across the grass and enjoy a swim which was VERY convenient! So it is not overlooking another villa directly behind it which most seem to do here ... The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. We were the only ones in the pool any time we were there ... I guess everyone else was at the park :) But I'm told September is a great time to visit because its slow. We were not traveling with children but the little gated water park was adorable :) I would surely recommend this to adult or senior travelers and they obviously have catered to children as well. We will definitely be telling friends about this villa - we LOVED the location across from the pool, the big screen TV in the living area and the ease of the check-in process with the keyless entry.
