We had 10 people, my wife and I plus 8 children and grand children. The safety of knowing you are in a well guarded, gated community was added peace of mind. It was in no way an inconvenience or disruption. We were traveling in 3 different cars at 3 different times, and all arrived without issues. The close proximity to the parks was great (especially to Animal Kingdom). The close proximity to restaurants and stores was also helpful.
If it was my home and my responsibility to plan out everything a potential renter may need, I absolutely could not have done half as good as you have done. There was nothing left to add. We could have stayed another week and still not used all this home had to offer.
The one area we thought could have been better was the response of the property mgmt group. We had a little trouble accessing the property at first, and had to leave a voicemail. Not being available except for emergencies on weekends can be an issue. Especially to answer questions on check in day. We had issues with the heated pool and hot tub, and the light in the pool. We left a message on Saturday but did not hear back until Monday. By then we had an additional problem with the dishwasher not working. All issues did get worked out.
We did email you twice regarding renting the place an additional day but received no response. We wanted to get in a day prior to our children and grandchildren arriving to have the refrigerator stocked and gifts laid out in the children's bedrooms as a surprise. We verified that there was no tenants the week prior and would have paid what was fair for this. We understand completely if this is not an option, just would have made other arrangements.
The next door neighbor told us it was not allowed to have a vehicle parked in the street. She offered us to use her driveway. Not sure if this is correct or not. We did not read this anywhere.
Overall, we were absolutely thrilled to stay at your beautiful home and would not hesitate to rent again or recommend it to others.
