Clean, Comfortable, Convenient!

5 of 5
I stayed in this home with two friends (our ages are 25, 25, and 29). We were welcomed by Amelia, who told us how everything in the house worked, and showed us a book of brochers for restaurants. The home looked and smelled very clean. We were delighted to see that there was a chest full of board games, and also 6 or 7 bikes. There was a queen sized bed, a futon, and an air mattress. The kitchen was quaint and had all of our cooking needs. The home is located right off of US 1, which is the main road to get anywhere in the Keys. We swam with dolphins at Dolphin Cove, and snorkeled with Quiescence (who took us by boat to some reefs in John Pennekamp Park). Both of these places were just five minutes up the road. We also took a bike ride, and played board games and cooked on the days we wanted to relax. Roy called us to check in on how we were doing, and gave us many suggestions for where to eat out, and which places to avoid. We chose to drive to Key West one day, and returned to the cottage that night. (that's all the time we really needed in Key West, and we avoided staying in an overpriced hotel). Key largo is great for snorkeling and has many beautiful fish on its reefs (you really need to try snorkleing if you come here!), and if you want to go to more of “picture pretty” beach, you can drive down to Annes Beach or Key West. Roy always returned my calls and emails promptly which made me feel comfortable. All in all we had a great stay!

the cottage was just as it was described. the photos in the listing are exactly what you see when you arrive. the cottage and grounds are both very well maintained (no bugs) I would highly recommend this place to every one Over all we thought this place was awesome ,and our dog loved it too. It was so peaceful we had to stay an extra day. I would not recommend snorkeling with the manatee out front, but my wife just had to do it. (the thrill of her trip) We saw abundant sea life snorkeling nearby. It was the best vacation we've been on in years. The on sight management was very accommodating . We felt as though we had the place to ourselves. By far the best bang for the buck in the keys

Just got back from a wonderfull and relaxing time in Key Largo. The cottage was great, nice and quiet. Bill, John, and George are very friendly. If your looking for a quiet place you don't have to look any further. Thank you Frank
