We had a blast!

5 of 5
Two of us stayed on Silver Moon house boat for a week. Saw manatees (a lot of them) in the canals, went to mangrove forest across the bay - beautiful! There was enough gear for vacation - grill, kayaks, bikes. There is car rentals nearby, but we did not need a car. Giana and Chanoch were super friendly and helpful. Very peaceful neighborhood, there is a supermarket and farmers market nearby (10 minutes on a bike), so we did not go to restaurants too often. Mexican (Dolores) food in the trailer at farmers market was awesome. WiFi worked like a charm.

Fabulous and Unique. Great Rental!

Our family had an amazing time staying on the Calypso houseboat. The boat had everything we wanted in a rental, clean and spacious, the beds were super comfortable and the kids had their own rooms. The location (Pilot House Marina) was perfect. There was even a restaurant at the marina that I highly recommend and the bar (Glass Bottom Bar) is right over the water and has glass floors so you can see down into the water. My most favorite part of the houseboat experience was spending the evening on the roof deck watching the sun set. Several nights we made home cooked meals and just hung out up there as a family taking it all in. Soooooooo perfect! The kids loved it so much they can't wait to go back!
