Fantastic Condo

5 of 5
This is a fantastic condo. The pictures are a very good representation of what you will see when you arrive. The condo is sparkling clean and a very peaceful place. The lagoon pool is very relaxing and the owner is very easy to work with. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Keys Tropical Oasis

5 of 5
5 Star Rental! Cottage was adorable, super clean and private. The description and photographs of the property were exactly as described, absolutely no surprises. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, utensils etc. Grounds are beautiful! Nice layout with area’s for sunning and shade and use of their kayaks! Most importantly, don’t forget to find out when the sun is suppose to set as you will want to go out to their private beach and docks and enjoy this amazing sight! Bonnie and Bill were wonderful hosts, down to earth, very accommodating and just plain nice decent people. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to vacation don’t hesitate to book. This rental would be great for couples or families with young children, plenty of space for kids to play, lots of local wildlife on land and in the sea, fishing from the dock, snorkeling from the beach and a washer and dryer so you don’t have to pack much. Definitely a place I would recommend to my friends and family, I almost hate leaving this 5 star review…I’m afraid that it will be booked the next time we travel to the Keys but Bonnie and Bill are so deserving for sharing their piece of paradise with us.

Great vacation - would go back again.

We loved this property!!! It was nice and clean and roomy. We stayed here with just our immediate family. Husband, wife and 5 kids (ages 16, 14, 4, 2 and 6 months) and there was plenty of room. There are two pack and plays they leave out and even a baby gate. Its very rare that in any rental property I feel comfortable with the cleanliness as I'm a bit of a clean freak and here I felt right at home. Everything was here that was needed plus some, there was a space saver high chair (awesome with a baby), a cooler already there so if you wanted to picnic at any of the nearby parks (Pennakamp is only 3.5 miles away) you can. The sunrise is spectacular and a lot over is the canal (I think thats what you call it) that the boats go in and out to the fishery up the street. My kids loved watching them go in and out. Iguanas came up on the sea wall to sun several times a day. The upstairs balcony and downstairs patio was so nice and we enjoyed it. I will remark that the downstairs is not part of the property its locked up maybe storage? But the downstairs covered patio is accessible by stairs from the outside(still plenty of room in the house). It was also really nice having a washer and a dryer. There were at least 5/6 beach towels there onsite but we packed ours anyway b/c we needed more with our big family. We used the grill several nights and ate on the patios for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our kids loved running on the big yard. Because of the time of year we went we never saw where we could get down on any beach. It's regulated by the tide but even at low tide there was seaweed up to the 2nd stair. (I've heard this is b/c of winter and it didn't hurt our trip at all). We visited John Pennakamp State Park and grilled out there and swam, played at the beach and snorkeled (btw you will need water shoes here - its rocky). We went to Founders Park which has a beautiful beach with playground nearby and grills and a pool if you're sick of sand (we never were). We also drove south to Bahia Honda State Park (my fave of the trip, what a beautiful place). We also found Harry Harris Park (it has a fenced in playground and small private beach, swings, grills, pavilions. You are really close to a Publix here so you can get your groceries. Right down the road is a Walgreens, CVS and Family Dollar. The only downside to our trip was the master bed was horrible uncomfortable. It sank on each side. If that was fixed it'd be a 100% perfect vacation.
