Coming back!

5 of 5
Loved the cabin. We enjoyed the comfortable deck furniture, the furniture inside and out. The swing and the gravity chairs downstairs were a plus. It was so nice waking every morning to the beautiful views! Sipping our coffee and tea was such a pleasure looking at the beautiful ocean. Felt totally safe and comfortable biking and walking. Took one of the kayaks in the canal, but realized we need more training, chuckle, before we attacked the ocean. The cabin is in a quiet area and it is so relaxing. We enjoyed the show the iguanas would put on for us at the property across the canal. The birds didn't seem to mind that we walked by them. The cabin has so many items available, internet access, kayaks, canoes, fishing poles, life vests, and on and on........so many things that we never got to make use of. The kitchen had all the items needed including some plastic contains for left overs! Our favorite restaurants would be Conch House, Pilot House, Buzzards, Tower Pizza and Upper Crust Pizza, Fish House. The Public's grocery store was a wonderful place to shop. They still offer customer service that our stores have long since dropped. Mary Ann is so welcoming and great to work with. More than happy to help if you need it. Hated to leave and hope to stay longer next year. I could go on and on, but probably have a limit. Wonderful property and wonderful host!! Thanks for all your help Mary Ann!

Magical stay

5 of 5
Four of us, two related families, stayed in this fabulous home for three weeks, from 1/30 to 2/20/15, during some of the coldest winter on record back home. This house offered everything: location, amenities, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful ocean view. I contacted Curtis, the owner, a week before our stay, asking if there was a coffee grinder in the home. He promptly purchased a new one for our visit, a very nice one, I might add. The pool wasn't heated, but we swam nearly every day. It was chilly, but we adapted. Helpful suggestions about the area. We went on a fishing trip to the reefs and ate fish the rest of our trip. Everglades nearby, fantastic key lime muffins at Harriet's...life is good. Fabulous trip and home/support couldn't have been better. Curtis checked in to make sure all was going well. We overlooked an iPad which he sent along the day after we left. Our best VRBO yet.
