Fantastic stay for our family

5 of 5
Our family of five immensely enjoyed the accommodations of this property. The location was superior, in that it was very quiet, private, safe and secure. The morning sunrise views were captured numerous times with our camera and it was extremely peaceful to relax on the deck and enjoy the ocean's view. We had a lot of fun touring with the two kayaks on the property, and the canoes also allowed the entire family to get out at one time. The amenities in the condo had everything the family needed for a week, to include preparing and serving meals for five. The deck furniture was very comfortable as we enjoyed laying in the sun, resting in the hammock, or swinging on the porch swing on the patio. Mary Ann was especially helpful in advance of our trip, answered all of our questions during our stay and made herself available anytime we may have needed her. It turned out we didn't need any help while we were there, but it was reassuring to know she was a quick call or email away! Our kids loved exploring the canal, walking the shores, and of course cruising in the kayaks. We would highly recommend this property. If you're looking for a place to relax, unwind, turn off the devices and just enjoy the beauty of the Keys, this is the place to be!

Magical stay

5 of 5
Four of us, two related families, stayed in this fabulous home for three weeks, from 1/30 to 2/20/15, during some of the coldest winter on record back home. This house offered everything: location, amenities, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful ocean view. I contacted Curtis, the owner, a week before our stay, asking if there was a coffee grinder in the home. He promptly purchased a new one for our visit, a very nice one, I might add. The pool wasn't heated, but we swam nearly every day. It was chilly, but we adapted. Helpful suggestions about the area. We went on a fishing trip to the reefs and ate fish the rest of our trip. Everglades nearby, fantastic key lime muffins at Harriet's...life is good. Fabulous trip and home/support couldn't have been better. Curtis checked in to make sure all was going well. We overlooked an iPad which he sent along the day after we left. Our best VRBO yet.
