NCAA Basketball Retreat

5 of 5
This home is massive. Plenty of space for 4 couples. Beautiful hardwood floors, tall ceilings and large windows (lots of natural light). King size beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great! The home has a beautiful garden and BBQ area outback. Very clean and private. Beautiful park across the street and the river is only a short walk away. A "Publix" grocery store and "Starbucks" are around the corner. We were able to walk into Jacksonville along the Riverfront Walk - the owner also offered us bicycles if we wanted. On our way, we stopped at the Riverside Arts Market (Sat) - lots of shopping/food and free Jazz entertainment!

Outstanding Spacious Condo with Historical Charm

5 of 5
The condo was clean with lots of natural light; there were numerous seating areas for group conversation as well as private conversations; the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils and we made good use of the washer and dryer, too. The building is an old historical building that has been upgraded as the pictures show. The pictures are very accurate of what the unit looks like. The building has plenty of shared outdoor space that allows our group to spread out even further. There was easy walking access to museums, restaurants, groceries, churches, and personal services (nail salon and chiropractor). We especially appreciated being able to have our morning coffee on the upper level balcony overlooking the park. We had 6 adults and everyone was very comfortable. The owner is on site and extremely helpful with recommendations. We all agreed that we would stay here again if our business takes us to Jacksonville.

Great space, well equipped with all the conveniences of home, owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely book this condo next time we visit Florida.
