Such A Gem!

5 of 5
My husband and I live in the Miami area, but love the Beach on Hutchinson Island! This condo is lovely, clean, quiet, and even a bit of an ocean view! We rented this cute condo in April, and enjoyed it so much, came back! Thank You, Tom! See you soon!

FANTASTIC END UNIT WITH BREATHTAKING VIEWS

5 of 5
Why travel to Florida to spend your vacation on the beach and NOT get the best view available? We travel from Victoria, British Columbia Canada every year for our vacation on the beach and want to enjoy a direct waterfront close to the water. This condo has water views from every window. There are views from both bedrooms, the living room and dining room and the kitchen---and from the 50 foot balcony! The condo has cable HD TV, his speed internet and free telephone calls all across the USA and Canada. The washer-dryer works well. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bath is very relaxing. The social room, pools, tennic courts and barbeque are good places to meet other travelers. We used the free car wash everyday to get the salt spray from the windshield. Severy resturants are close by and the Treasure Coast Mall, also close by, has virtually every thing you need. The TD Band is also close and is really convient for Canadians. We will always return to this condo; in fact. we have already booked it again for 2015 and 2016. The owners are really nice people and try hard to help make your stay comfortable. Thanks for a great vacation, Ranjit and Barb Dillon British Columbia, Canada

A November to remember

5 of 5
Some vacation properties don't live up to their advance billing. This isn't one of them -- if anything, the photos don't do it justice. The townhouse was spacious, beautifully appointed and spotless. The owner thoughtully included all manner of extras -- bicycles, kayaks, fishing gear, beach chairs, coolers, loads of towels and even a cart to haul it all down to the beach (which is just minutes away, as advertised). The beach is not ideal for swimming -- fairly heavy surf and ancient reefs scattered along the shoreline. But it's lovely to walk along and those reefs attract fish (caught a 3-lb pompano that we had for dinner one night). And the complex has a smallish pool for splashing around in, as well as an exercise room. Any problems that cropped up -- such as the BBQ propane tank running out or the provided inkjet printer (!) running dry -- were rectified very quickly. Note to dog owners: this place is heaven. Everyone in the complex seems to have a pooch -- it appears to be a condition of ownership. Overall, this property deserves the top marks that everyone is giving it.
