We were most impressed with this property. The photos and even the video did not do it justice. Spacious, comfortable and extremely well equipped, with more than enough of everything to cater for larger numbers. The Highlands development is midway between the 192 and I4 exits of US27, making it extremely convenient for travel to the parks (the kids did Universal and Busch Gardens), outlets and restaurants, with a Publix almost next door, and a Walmart approx 10 miles in each direction. The pool area looks out on the golf course, so is quite private, and there is plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. The kitchen has more than enough crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils; the living room has plenty of seating in the form of large "squishy" sofas and a huge flat screen TV (great for the boys to watch the world cup final!), and there is a separate sitting area, perfect for reading or just having a "quiet" moment. My teenage girls really enjoyed having a double bedroom each to themselves, and the 3 bathrooms meant there was never a queue! The master bedroom has a study off one end, with direct access to the pool, and a spacious en suite at the other end. The comfort of the bed is our top priority in any holiday property, and this one was first class. There was a slight mix up in our arrival date, so the property hadn't been serviced, but this was fully rectified within a few hours, while we were doing a supermarket shop. Colin, the Managing Agent, called round personally the following day to check that everything was satisfactory, and to assure us that he was available 24/7 if we had any issues, which we didn't. We still recommend Outback for steaks, Carrabbas for pasta / Italian (both on 192), Bahama Breeze for fish (prefer the one near International Drive rather than 192) and also had a very good meal in Chilli's at Champions Gate. My kids also say the McDonalds at Champions Gate is the best ever! The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this villa - it will certainly be on my very short list of "must return to" properties!
