Great first experience

5 of 5
This was our first time renting a home and will NOT be our last! We will try to stay at this location again. With a family of 6 it's very difficult to find lodging, much less with a dog, and the high reviews made this our first choice so we were very glad it came through! Not being familiar with the process and expectations we were nervous but the owners were very accommodating with our questions and helpful. The distance from Disney was closer than expected so that was a pleasant surprise. Thank you very much for your help and lovely property; I can see why it's so tightly booked for so long!

Great location and beautiful house!

4 of 5
Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The location was perfect--in a quiet neighborhood, but literally a block from the Disney exit! Walmart and Publix were both very close as well, so shopping was a breeze. The house and property were clean and well maintained. Jerry was great to work with, and he was always quick to return emails. The three things we did notice that could be improved upon were: 1) the cable internet went down pretty much constantly. It was easy to reboot, but it would take 2 or 3 tries before it would stay on for more than a few minutes at a time. Not a big issue for some people, but it would be if you planned to do some work from there. 2) If you plan to cook, there isn't any tupperware for leftovers (at least, none that have matching lids). Very minor issue. 3) Last, the tv package had very few cable channels. The basics were there, but not a whole lot to choose from. Like I said, these were pretty minor things overall, and the house was great otherwise. The access to the major connecting highways couldn't be better, and there's always a lot to do in Orlando. The pool was great to have right there in the backyard, and the neighborhood was great for walking. Again, I can't speak highly enough of Jerry. He was excellent to work with and very quick to answer any and all questions. Overall, this was a great place to stay. Thanks so much!
