Paradise at the Pink Haus

5 of 5
Our first major road trip with our kids was to Ft. Myers Beach and to the Pink Haus. Their first experience with the ocean was right outside in the backyard of this incredible location. It was amazing! The house is so nicely tucked away (from the front and back) that you feel a great amount of privacy but the ocean view is stunning. Our boys loved it and we felt so at home. We loved the decor in the home (the colors and artwork were incredible...wish i was as creative!). The pictures really don't do it justice here. I took my own pictures of every room just so I could remember it all! It was very tough to leave this gorgeous place. We will be back in the future, that is a sure thing! Thank you for an amazing time!!!

Amazing! No, seriously....it is amazing!

5 of 5
We've been back home more than a week, and I am still having trouble putting our experience out of my mind. Since we've left, I wake up every morning disappointed that I am not waking up at the Seacrest Home. The online photos do NOT do this home justice! The property is private, tranquil and luxurious! The home is SO well appointed, and exceeded my family's expectations. I will be honest, I expected to have to bring "extras" from home, but didn't. The linen supply was excellent....from beach towels to bath towels and blankets and extra sheets, I was pleasantly surprised. In addition, it is immaculately kept. Until this trip, we were having frequent arguments over upgrading to a king from a queen. I was reluctant (read: stingy), but after a week on the king master suite bed, I am sold, and won't settle for less than the comfort of that bed!! The pool was the perfect retreat for our family, and as novice environmentalists, we appreciated the salt water vs. chlorine pool. We loved the views of the pool from the upper level decks, as well as the view of the bay. The decor was perfection, and the updated baths created our own private shangri-la. I wish the weather had allowed us more use of the unique and fun Tiki Bar area....perhaps we'll come back when the weather cools down. That being said, a venue is only as good as its staff. I cannot sing the praises of Rosie, Jill and Vickie (and Vickie's husband...please forgive my memory lapse as to his name) enough. Any concern was dealt with before it occurred, with professionalism and care. As a real estate professional, I set a pretty high bar for these folks, and they exceeded all expectation with regards to customer satisfaction. I adored the "vacation" album left for us. Not only did it provide instruction on the property, it was a collection of tips and treasures from past guests, right down to carryout menus from local restaurants. As a service professional, I appreciated the attention to detail, and the personal messages we received during our stay. It made us feel as though this "rental" was our home. The beach really is a short walk away....I had my doubts ;) We expected a longer hike, and were pleasantly surprised. The cart and sand toys made for less grumpy children, which made for a MUCH less grumpy mom. We truly can't thank the Seacrest team enough for catering to us, and for making our visit memorable. If they'll have us, we WILL be back!

Big, beautiful beach home!

5 of 5
Very unique and well equiped home. House was very clean, quality furnishings in and out. Larger than it looks, very open inside. Location is perfect, right across from beach and mid-south end of island so it is quiet. Tropical plants urround the home. Beach decor and so comfy. Great for families. Tons of things to do and see around the area! The beach is power soft white sand. The ocean has tons of star fish, we saw at least 50. Many shells in the ocean were alive so we checked them out and put them back. Good to see. Safe beaches and ocean, no big drop off. Many food choices for everyone. Publics and Topps grocery, CVS. Everything you need is in the home, towels, beach toys, outside shower, washer and dryer. Photos are accurate. Jerry was wonderful to works with, greeted us and was there if we has any questions. Loved our stay, enjoyed the pool table too! Many extras for you to discover. Shell Factory is fun to see and Naples Zoo is very nice with beautiful plants and animals. Castaways has very good pizza's! Friendly people all through the island, meet at the beach for sunset:)
